Meal kit delivery company Blue Apron’s initial public offering would value the company at about $3 billion, according to an SEC filing on Monday.

The company plans to offer 30 million shares for $15 to $17 each, implying a market value of $3 billion at the midpoint. It intends to use part of the profit to repay outstanding borrowers $125 million, Reuters reported.
