CookieDiet.com Review
The Cookie Diet has been established in year 1975 by a weight loss expert and author Dr. Sanford Siegal. Siegal, the proponent of this revolutionary weight loss program, is said to have treated over 500,000 of overweight patients.
Unlike other weight loss gurus out there, this man doesn’t promote starvation or any kind of diet that’s close to starving someone. What Siegal suggests is what many of us would be afraid of doing: frequent eating. And it’s not the munch on anything type of advice. Seigal’s focus is on the consumption of his cookies.
The Cookie Diet
By joining this special program, individuals will be required to eat Seigal’s cookies all throughout the day, in addition to the 1 full regular meal. Every cookie is specialty-formulated with secret mixture of proteins that Dr. Seigal personally mixes in his private bakery in Miami, near his medical clinic.
Eating 9 pieces (with 60 calories each) of Dr. Seigal’s cookies all throughout the day is said to keep one fuller for a longer period of time; thus, reducing the chances of overeating.
Final thoughts on CookieDiet.com
Weight loss is a combination of physical activity and eating the right kind and amount of food. Dr. Seigal may have earned extra credit for his past achievements but those were not an assurance that his cookie diet is really effective for weight loss.
This program may worth a try but remember, this alone won’t keep the extra weight away forever.
