InstaFlex.com Scam
Sometimes i wonder how people can sleep at night now there are a few names that pop out at me when I see this website first one being Carla Overbeck which is the name they are using to promote this product. I even wonder if Carla Overbeck knows that Instaflex.com is using her name. Because usually these athletes would at least post a video endorsing the product. I’m not sure how real this claim is but someone should notify Carla Overbeck just to make sure.
the next name I want to mention is Nancy Jones the speaker she seems as though she is only there to encourage people to buy Instaflex.com i’ve personally never heard of her until now and I wouldn’t trust her recommendations.
Now onto why I don’t recommend anyone signing up with InstaFlex. Now first of all this post is based on my opinion meaning don’t let me stop you from buying anything. I don’t like people telling me what to do so I won’t tell you what to do all i am doing is marketing this information from a proper perspective to the consumer. Now if you purchase this product using the trial option there is some information below i think you should take a look at, i know people are busy so i’ve highlighted the parts i think you should take into consideration before making a purchase with Instaflex.com. this information can also be found on the instaflex.com website and scrolling down to the terms and conditions link found at the bottom of their page.
How Does the Trial Offer with Auto-Ship Work?
You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.99 for us to send you a 14 day trial supply of Instaflex. We typically ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). We allow up to 4 days for you to receive the trial supply. Thus, in order for you to have 14 days to try the product, we consider the end date for your trial period to be 18 days after you place your order, which is 14 days plus 4 days for processing and transit.
If you do not call customer service to cancel within [18] days of ordering your free trial, you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax to the card you used to place your trial order. You will also be enrolled in our auto-ship program. See details below.
Auto-Ship Program
Unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as specified above (within 18 days after placing your order), you will automatically be enrolled in our Auto-Ship program. We will ship your first 30-day supply of Instaflex at the end of your trial period, and you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of Instaflex about every 30 days for as long as you stay a member of our auto-ship program. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged $74.98 (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must call 1-877-869-3310 at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships.

Final Thoughts on InstaFlex
Now again what you do with your money is up to you but most of the instaflex complaints stem from their deceptive billing practices. If you ask me their price is way to expensive and the fact that they go in and take money out of your credit card every month and you have to be the one to call and cancel just makes this company sound like a scam. If you really want to purchase this product I recommend purchasing from your local pharmacy.
Please leave your feedback below it helps others.
This stuff hasn’t even been evaluiated by the FDA and you want to put it in your body? Hell, there’s more known about Eye of Newt than this trash. Don’t waste your money; save up to see a rheumatologist and get some solid medical advice not some talcum powder shaped like little pills.
This is a company that banks on many people not reading the small print. It is building more and more angry non-customers to the obvious detriment of long term happy customers. If the product was valuable then why does it require a marketing scam?
I called the company and the agent said that “many companies are doing the same thing” with respect to the small print of automatically charging customers after 18 days of a “free trial”. Shame on them. Beware.
Don’t waste your money or time.
I have personally read the website and come to the conclusion that many of you people are just upset because you’re embarrassed you didn’t read the bolded terms and conditions that you must check a box that you read in order to even complete the order. The product is actually effective, I’ve been taking it for 2 months and have noticed the pain in my knees dramatically decrease. I also love the fact that its an all natural product. Also just to prove how ignorant you all are…FDA doesn’t approve supplements… They do however approve warehouses that manufacture the supplements which I have checked into, and Instaflex is one that has been approved.
This company RIPPED ME OFF.
I never saw anything in print that was obviously declaring that my credit card would automatically be charged $74.95 if I did not call in and cancel this after the first order. Yes, they went ahead and charged my credit card the next month, triggering an overdraft and now costing me over $100.00 for something I never ordered or asked for beyond the free trial offer.
I now have to call them and then call my bank to stop this Auto-Rip-Off by Instaflex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
I’m glad I read this. I was just in the process of requesting a free trial, but I had doubts- they try so hard to sell the product. I backed out when they asked for my address. >_< One of the first things that immediately shook my trust for Instaflex- is their ingredients comparison chart. As a Movefree Advanced user- I KNOW that if you get other variations of Movefree Advanced(plus msm & vitamin d) they have just as many, if not more ingredients than Insta-flex. Misleading!
I will point out though, that even though this company may be dishonest- I've used similar glucosamine products- my favorite is MoveFree Advanced with Vitamin D- it has all of the major primary ingredients, its over the counter, $30 bucks instead of $75, and most importantly- IT WORKS. Schiff is a much more trustworthy company than 'Insta-flex.'
Some of you guys are really ignorant though- and I can tell some of you don't even have arthritis. First of all, the FDA NEVER APPROVES SUPPLEMENTS. Also, Anyone who has a serious chronic pain disorder will realize something very important about the health care industry- they don't know a damned thing! That's why people, like myself, are forced to turn to alternative sources to alleviate inflammation. The medications for auto-immune disorders don't work on a lot people. So that 'just go to your doctor' is bullshit. Most rheumatologists can only offer nsaids, and drugs that suppress the immune system- which is BAD- and if they don't work then you're just screwed unless you find something else that does. If drugs were the most satisfactory route we wouldn't be looking for supplemens. Noob.
ordered the 14 day trial for $4.99.made the mistake of giving them my credit card.was charged $74.98 for a shipment that i did not order.I called to complain and was told I agreed to this when I placed inital order. I tried to pull up terms and conditions and could not find any box that i clicked to place first order. have called my credit card co. to
object. They want me to pay return freight for something i did not order
and said credit of only $69.99 will be issued as I am lible for freight to ship too.Someone should post a large warning on the internet about this company in order to protect senior citizens like me.

I want to complain for the way your Instaflex Company has been charging and sending me their product without ever getting an authorization from me…
It makes a sad case for a company using a Christian cover such as Cross Roads to do so.
I bought it in the first place more than by the attractive way in which it is advertised by because of the Christian Crosswalk backing.
Well, first time & last time getting anything from you or Crosswalk for that matter.
Please stop this criminal activity and make sure next time that your clients are satisfied with your product before you steal their money and confidence as well.

All trial offers like this on the internet you have to watch cause they have these clauses in their advertisements. I have fallen prey to them before & now am alot more caustious. Free trial for 14 days for 4.99 which covers shipping. Is a great deal but always make sure you read all…. They are not the only company on here that does it. Very common practice when ordering on the internet.
I am representing some customers who were similarly scammed and may be filing a class action lawsuit against Instaflex. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Oh man! I looked all over that site looking for the auto-pay part and never found it. I thought it was “safe” to order a trial because, after all, I can get it locally at GNC…right? WRONG! I just happened to look at my credit card bill today and lo and behold, there was a charge for almost $78. Now, can I get anyone on the telephone to cancel this. Nope. I’m going to have to go through the credit card company and get it cancelled. Shame on Instaflex.
It’s really a scam. Don’t understanding such a company use such stupid way to trap customer. I wish I can see this site before I becaom the latest victim. Sham on Inflaflex.
