MyDietMaxCleanse.com Scam
I’m not one to tell you what to do with your money but i personally don’t recommend signing up with MyDietMaxCleanse.com and their trial offer. If you do want to try it please make sure you read the terms and conditions first.
MyDietMaxCleanse.com review
Ok first thing is MyDietMaxCleanse.com has a trial offer but what they don’t tell you on their frot page is what happens after the trial is over. You can only see this information by going to their fine print. which is found on their terms and conditions page. the MyDietMaxCleanse.com terms and conditions can found by going to https://www.mydietmaxcleanse.com/terms.html. i took a snippet of what it says and before making a purchase i think you should read it first.

My Diet Max Cleanse my final thoughts
Well i don’t know if the product works but i do know those are some deceptive tactics so they don’t have my recommendation. Another thing is i have never heard of this website or this business until today which i find really odd. If you want to give them a try don’t let me stop you but just be careful

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MYDIETMAXCLEANSE.COM!!
they are 100% fake and will scam you. i ordered the trial without researching them first. later i found out they are fake and scam people out of their money. i called them to cancel my “trial” right away. they said they had cancelled it but they would charge me the 3.87 for it anyway. that was fine with me, just as long as i got rid of them. well i NEVER recieved the trial sample they charged me for. now 2 weeks later i checked my online bank statement and it turns out they charged 39.95 today. even though they said i wouldnt be charged anything else. i immidiately called my bank and filed a fraud complaint to dispute the charges. they are not real sellers they are scammers.
I have just come across a relative who has been swindled by this scam. I have contacted the domain host – godaddy.com and outlined the fact they are hosting a scam website, i suggest any person scammed by this site report it to their federal authorities.
I purchased the free trial and what a nightmare! first of all, the capsules made me nauseous. i did not read the 10 day disclaimer so was charged fot the whole prodct $87 + change. i immediately called to cancel. the sent me an email which directed me to a cancellation page. i followed all the istructions but when i put in the password they gave me it would accept it. the password they provided was ONLINE. well, it didn’t work so i called again. i was told that it was all lower case. in my opinion it is a tactic to make you give up. so finally it was canceled.
to my surprise there was another charge on my account. i call again and am told that my account is still active. i was very angry and tried to tell them that first of all i hadn’t received anything from them and secondly, i had an email from them cofirming the cancellation. i fully expect to have another charge next month. i can’t understand the customer service operators and they all answer with the same script. any suggestions?
yes you should call your credit card company immediately to have that charge removed. If what yo’re saying is true then mydietmaxcleanse.com stole money from you, I would consider that credit card theft.
like you all i am being scamed by this firm ,contacted credit card company and they say they cannot stop them . has anyone managed to get rid of them ?,this is costing me £57.00 a month,
I too was scammed by them, I see they charged my account today, I went to my local bank and they had me fill out some forms to file a complaint and they said I should be credited back for the charges.
they said the only way to STOP them from taking the money from my account is to cancel my debit card and get a new one, So that is what I did.
I had also canceled by the phone and was told to go online and given the password, etc etc.
Wife got caught by same scam. She ordered the Natura Cleanse Trial Bottle fron https://www.naturecleansing.com on 9/07/2010 and was suppose to only be charged $1.95 for S&H. Same old blah-blah about 10 day trial and being able to cancel at anytime by calling their toll-free number–TOTAL BULL! Before she was ever charged the $1.95 she started getting charged by DIET MAX 8003202983, then more charges by DIET MAX 8003202983, then charges by COLOBLAST 8003114359, and PROFITVAULT 8002568416. All of the unauthorized charges resulted from original online order for Natura Cleanse Trial Bottle on 9/07/2010. Between 9/09/2010 and 10/26/2010 there have been 9 additional charges from scammers other than the 50F*NATURACLE.COM charge of $1.95 my wife starting into this with. Additional charges were in amounts of $3.87, $87.47, $78.98, $2.95, $87.47, $1.49, $9.76, $1.49, and $9.76 for total of $285.19 in charges. Bank told us they try the small charges to see if they go through them they’ll WHAM you with the larger amounts. My wife and I have made several attempts to contact and cancel and get refund via phone–TOTAL SCAM!! Finally cancelled wife’s bank card on 10/26/2010 when the COLOBLAST & PROFITVAULT charges were detected. All of these outfits are sharing my wife’s bank card info. On 10/26/2010 I called the ‘Customer Service’ for COLOBLAST 8003114359 and talked with ‘Larry’. Larry claims the $1.49 charge was a convenience fee stemming from my wife’s order placed on 9/07/2010; yeah right and I’m General Eisenhower!! Larry claimed to be in Hollywood, FL. Don’t expect to ever get a refund and don’t care to ever get any product, just want money back or a mob hanging of everyone who is associated with these out-and-out theives. This is an out right scam by internet thieves. Collecting evidence to file complaints where ever and with whom ever I can; FBI Internet Fraud, Federal Trade Comission, State Consumer Protection. Don’t expect much to come of it except work out frustration. Feel pretty powerless to really do what needs to be done to the group of individuals perpretrating this fraud and theft on many-many people.

I was severely scammed by My Diet Max Cleanse. I was going out of the country and knew I would not be able to try my trial within the time allotted because it had not arrived. I called and cancelled well within the limitation and they logged my cancellation after the limitation, charged me the $87. I had written down all dates and times that I had cancelled and they still charged me and would NOT refund my money. THEY ARE AN IRREPUTABLE company. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM.
I have been SOOOOOOO screwed over by this scam. I orderd this and was AWARE of the 10 day trial peroiod. I didn’t receive the product until about 3 weeks later. HOWEVER, I tried calling and calling the phone number listed during the 10 day trial period and no one would ever answer the phone. It actually said “all circuits are busy now.” That last for 4 days. I called every day for 4 straight days 4-5 times a day. I finally got a live person AFTER my 10 day trial period had expired. He told me they had been having “technical difficulites”. At that time I expressed my disappointment with the product, it made me feel like I was on speed, my heart was beating too fast and I felt ill. He told me he would not refund the $87.13 that had already been charged to my bank account. I was furious. He then told me he would refund $20.00 and send me another bottle. I was like “why would I want another bottle?” He said it was a free complimentary bottle. I told him VERY CLEARLY that I wanted this canceled immediately and he assured me that it had been canceled. I did see a refund of $20 in my checking account, never received another bottle of pills even though he said he was sending them. Well you’d think that’d be the end of that, right? Two months later I received a $87.13 charge again in my checking account. I called them, finally got a live person, the rep told me I had never canceled my account, that I was responsible for the $87.13 charge and that he refused to refund the money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who I explained ALL OF THIS to. He told me I never canceled my account, that he would not refund my money and then he hung up on me. This is outrageous and they shouldn’t be able to get away with this! We should sue them out of principal I’m not even kidding! I will head up a class action law suit against them if anyone is interested please let me know!
