ecigignite.com Scam
This post is about the billing cycle that ecigignite.com is using; this post is just a warning that you might want to avoid any and all trial offers online and offline. The key thing about trial offers is that they want to get you on their re-billing program so be smart before signing up for any trial offer from any company. In the case of ecigignite.com the delivery time is subtracted by the trial period. Personally I recommend calling ecigignite.com before ordering below is preview of the ecigignite.com terms and conditions this information can be seen at http://my.ecigignite.com/terms/ the date in which I’m writing this Feb 2011 so depending on when you read this their terms may have or may not have changed

Final Thoughts on ecigignite.com
ecigignite.com as a product well I have nothing good or bad to say about it all I can say is watch out for the pricing I’ve seen several of these products on Television I can’t say I’m not curious but I’ve been smoke free for 2 years and have no plans on going back none the less a much better alternative can be found by going to the v2cigs.com website. Please leave your comments about ecigignite.com below it helps others in their purchasing decision.
Beware, that some teenagers think this is a cool product. I will order with unathorize use of credit card. Ordering online without any age verification.

I found such a wonderful recommendation for this product on MSN.com. It included a very nice story about a 25 year smoker and her notes for the 4 week period it took her to use this product and dispose of cigarettes. I received several phone calls after I ordered the wonderful $4.95 offer of product and 5 cartridges. I went home recommending it to my smoker friends, as all that was required for the “special reduced s&h charge” I received 5 phone calls from a 909 area code, which is not my locale. Every time I answered, there was no answer to my repeated “hello’s” I phoned it back to receive a recorded message that I received the marketing department, having no idea what, whom or where that was. In speaking with a friend last evening he said that his mother used the product and was very satisfied but that she had paid a significant amount of money for it. So, I referred to my order confirmation and called. I was not well received when I said, “hi, I have some questions” and the response was, “what is your phone number, address and email address.” I said, “I have some questions, may I ask mine first? Where are you located (there was a definite foriegn accent, but who am I to judge based on that).
“Ummm, I am in Miami, Florida” was the response. I said, “I am in Florida also and I ordered your product yesterday. I received some phone calls yesterday that didn’t connect for some reason, may I ask your area code?”
“Ummm, it’s 877 – – – ”
I said, “I did not ask for your toll free number, I asked for your area code please. Are you in Florida, and may I ask for the phone number associated with your location?”
“It’s 877 – – -”
“Ma’am may I speak with your supervisor?”
After holding the woman returned to tell me that he/she was unavailable.
I suggested that as my bank account was debited and having read this post, that I would have to insist that somebody signed her paychecks and somebody of some authority could pick up a phone to assist with my concerns. Naturally she had my number, caller ID, and someone will call me back. I have wasted 2 hours at work now, calling my mailman, thank God he is a friend, and my bank to stop payment, cancel my debit card, and have the “product” returned as not accepted.
Now I really need a ciagarette (laughing)
so glad i read this cause i actually ordered this product, knowing this i am now going to have to go to the bank and get my information changed.
Thank you!
Try the brand found at e-cig.com There are no hidden charges and no obligation to buy anything in the future. The E-cigs are refillable and you can choose from hundreds of flavors. I like the chocolate flavor, but maybe I’ll try the blueberry flavor next time. And their prices are hard to beat.
The only drawback is the company is located in China, so you have to pay international shipping charges if living elsewhere. But they use DHL express shipping, which can be pretty fast.

My husband ordered from Ecigignite.com. I was busy and didn’t pay much attention to what he was doing and well, I should have.
From reading the Terms and Conditions – which leave a lot to the imagination – for the 14 day trial – you have the option to return the product given you obtain a RMA within the allotted time period. HOWEVER, it states that “….. you will not be charged for any shipments that have not already been sent.” In other words, you will be charged for your original shippment AND they want you to return it. When you return it, there’s a $10 restocking fee and in addition, they will charge you for anything that is not resalable. If you tried it – the cartidge and the cig itself are not reusable by another party and hence – you have bought the thing and paid an additional (on top of the price of the dang thing) $10. This whole site and their terms use a ton of double talk that everyone whould be weary of. Good luck to you all!
When I tried to cancel, I was told to save me the trouble of returning it, they will charge me a final cost of $24.95. This is to save me the restocking fee as well as shipping. It almost seems like that may be cheaper (including my time) than trying to obtain a refund/any other charges as they see fit.
STAY AWAY FROM IGNITE YOUR SMOKE AS IT IS A SCAM!!!
I received my sample, of which I paid S&H of $4.95, approximtely 10 days after ordering. This meant I had four days to try the product, at which time my account was charged $109.67. Today I tried to cancel and, after 4 different calls from an individual that was not easy to understand (outsourcing from Miami I suppose), I may get a refund after I return the product. hat is yet to be seen.
If you are looking for an enjoyable product, try blucigs. Well worth it!
IGNITE YOUR SMOKES is a scam. My husband ordered the free trial which was NEVER delievered. then we had a random charge on our account for 99.67…it was from them for something we never got and called our bank to find out they had set up a reoccurring charge of 75 a month that we had to block. Still working on trying to get our 99.67 back after almost two weeks.
