I was scammed by this company. They told me that all I had to do was pay the shipping and handling and the trial bottle was free. They also popped their web sight up on my facebook to get me interested. Please fellow internet users don’t let this company scam you.

This product & company is a major joke! All the above is true. You can’t understand anyone on the phone when you call them & their trial offer is a fraud. If you look on their website naturacle.com they comment on how customer service is a top priority to them & if you are not satisfied with their product they will refund you 100% of your last shipment. Well I wasn’t satisfied & asked for a refund. Did I get one? HELL NO! This is the biggest scam out there! Don’t be fooled by these jerks!

Also known as Acaicleanse. This is a scam. It’s run from the Philippines and you cannot understand anyone you talk to. once you accept the Terms and Conditions you are screwed. I have not used one pill and have been bill for over $120. SHAME ON ME. Please don’t make the same mistake. Like i’ve heard time and time again….if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Yep, got me too. Thought it was being recommended by a legit new source. What an expensive lesson. I took all the pills for a month and I didn’t lose anything. Just hoping they didn’t do damage. Chalk another up for the scammers, but no more from me.

I am on hold right now. I called and cancelled my order 2 weeks ago, I was still billed. I can’t believe this, I am so upset. How can they get away with this legally? I will be notifing the BBB for sure. This was not my best judgement call, but I am struggling with my weight and depression and I hoped for the best. Won’t do that again.

I also was scammed by this company and charged the $78.+. I was also under the impression that I was pay ship/handling charges and that this was a TRIAL! I canceled my credit card so they could no longer charge me and I report them along with another company scam from Diet Max who did the same thing!!!! The Better Business Bureau is now looking into the mess but I don’t expect results of a refund.

I too was scammed by this “company”. Their ad specifically stated that for shipping costs of $1.95 only I would receive a trial bottle of their product. For health reasons I was advised not to take the pills so I took none. Now I was charged $78.98 for another bottle which I did not order. Upon calling them I was informed that since a 14-day trial period had elapsed they would not reverse the charge. When I stated that there was no such provision, I was told that it was on their website which I knew nothing about. On the printout of the order which I had placed there is no indication of their website address. I was also scammed by another “company” which had a similar thing going. They charged me $87 for an unwanted second bottle. Hopefully I lucked out on this one as I cancelled on the last day of their “trial” period. I was told that it would take 10 to 15 business days to be reversed on my credit card. I’m now in day 7 so we’ll see. I’ve learned my lesson, never again. I just hope the BBB or some Federal agency can do something about this and shut them down.

I was also scamed by this company… they charged me 78+ and was told that i wasent ganna get my refund but ofcourse i threated with getting together with all the ppl they been scaming n sueing them. i also told them i will be contacting the BBB n the lady put me on hold for like a min. when she came bck to the line she told me i will be getting my full refund within 7 to 10 bussiness days. so ppl if youve been riped off by this company speak out for yurself n youllget yur monney bck.

I have changed my banking card because of this scam, and am going to my bank today to file a dispute. I have never received product, nor do I want it, and they even tried to take a second payment out having not filled the first one. Fortunately, I had my card canceled the same day they tried it and they were unsuccessful. I am not willing to let this go. I intend to send this info to the Attorney General’s office and hopefully can get these people stopped. I too, was warned not to use the sample product. I had the same experience calling the so called company and not being able to understand the girl with whom I spoke who had very poor use of the English language. She also gave me a fake routing number saying I could trace the product. These people are nothing but thieves and need to be prosecuted as such. I will take any necessary steps to see that this happens and I hope others will do the same.

Definitely a scam. Within the month incurred over $100 worth of charges and more the next month. Weight loss zero. Watch out!

And the scams continues.. I originally read about this on a news center website on Oct 6, 2010. The investigating reporter tried this product & Dietmax together and lost 30 pounds in about 6 weeks.. Good for her, do you suppose she would have had any problems getting a refund ? When I called today the said I was not getting a refund. No Matter What.. You get a trial 14 days from date of ORDER. Even if you haven’t received your product within 14 days you won’t get a refund of your $ 80.00 or your $ 40.00 from the Dietmax.. Both are scams

Leanspa and naturecleansing both scamed me for total of 160 dollars plus the starting fees for shipping and handleing. i live on my disability which i bearly get by month to month. so this month i didnt eat much and very depperessed. what happens if i kill my self over this. these people are ripping us off and they get away with it. no wonder i hesitate to buy anything online . good bussinesses will suffer over rules and terms that trick u out of your money

I also was scam by this company, I mailed back on 10/11/2010 the sealed bottled and they told that they will deposit back my $78.98 and I’m still waiting, every time I called and can’t understand nobody, I think the call center is in India but they told that they are located in Utah. I’m going to report this company to BBB as well, Hopefully they do something.

What a scam, it sure teaches me to never order any thing from a pop up website again.

I just order a couple hours a go and then realized my mistake but I used my husbands credit card and when he finds out he will kill me. so what do i do to stop this asap before they have a chance to get our money. its 2 am and they are of course closed. i cannot sleep and i have to wait until husband wakes up before i can fix this. i tried to cancel his credit card but they would not let me since i am not an authorized user. what if they do not stop the order? what do i do? will my husband have to cancel his card? I am soooo stupid for believing that bogus news report. I didn’t know they could do crap like that!

I too dropped into this “Black Hole” and did not realize what they were doing until I routinely checked my credit card. I cancelled, but the caancellation number is the same as the original confirmation number.This is totally a “hack”, and I will report it to the BBB and Attorney General of my state.

Leanspa,NatureCleansing and others. I have had the same bad experience. I have disputed the the charges with my credit card company and the next day I found out that they had filed another charge under a different name.
This time LBL DETOXCS.COM showed a charge of $78.98. I called my credit card companay again and disputed that as well. Folks this is a big time scam. Do what I am doing and send this information to you BBB and Attorney General. Leanspa is rated “F” by the BBB after 91 complaints over three years. This is I am sure only a small percentage of the persons who have been ripped off. LET THESE PEOPLE KNOW. They can do a lot to curtail these operations.

I wish I had access to this info before I too, got scamed. You can not understand the person on the phone. They will not listen to you. They should not be allowed to operate online, or in any other capacity. I can’t afford to loose this money. I’ve been charged twice in 8 business days for a total of $162.92, and received no additional product. I’m screwed out of $78.98 because thier records say it was delivered to me, even though I did not receive it. now they are saying my account has been charged and I have to way to receive this order and return it to them, then they will credit my account. There has got to be a way to stop this, NOW

I just got off the phone with the Natural cleanse people and I am very upset my bank told me that I have to call their clams office and now I have to fill abunch of paper to get my 80 dollars back! they said it would take 48 hours for the order to fill and it took them long enough to send it I forgot about them and didnt know what it was when I got it in the mail! Now I am going to send it back even though they said I cant get my money because I didnt send it back with in the trial period! I didnt get the order untill after the trial period was almost over! I have not opened it or anything they wont take it back! SCAM…. Yep they got me too. I didn’t realize that I had a membership until I received a new set of pills today. I decided to check my bank statement and there it was the big charge. I tried calling them no one answers the phone. Oh well I will be going to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card.

I too have been ripped off for 88.98 for a trial bottle.
They told me I missed the 14 day period wich was not mentioned
on the Consumer Reports web site who endorsed the product.

I am furious at this company and even more angry at myself for actually believing anything would be “trial” for $1.95. I did not realize that I would be charged $78.98 until it showed up on my credit card statement. Of course when I called to complain I was given the news, you had to cancel 14 days after receiving the product or you would automatically be billed–what a bunch of crap! False advertising at its best! And this was advertised in our local newspaper. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate under such false pretenses! It makes me so angry!

I got scammed also. They told me they would issue a credit when they receive the product back. That was Oct 29,2010. Today is Cecember 27,2010 and no credit yet. I called them again and told them I would report them to Better Business Bureau. Then I called my credit card company to lodge a dispute. That has worked for me before on a different matter and I got credit back to my credit card account.

I too got scammed and the worst part is you can’t even block futre charges to your account! You actually have to cancel your credit card account and start over in 30 days. How can companies like this operate at all?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have filed a disput and we’ll see where that gets me.

Returned the product in December 2010 and have yet to receive a refund. What a SCAM!
