The Power and Influence of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: How New York City Lost Over $300 Billion in One Year – August 7, 2020,
As a Chrisitan, I’m a firm believer that sometimes people have to learn things the hard way. I did a lot of charity work in my younger years and what shed my belief that IQ played a role in the destruction of a nation was educating myself on Government policies.
I remember doing charity work for particular regions in Africa and assuming that we could feed and clothe a village ravaged by war with connections I had made with generous Canadian businesses, not so fast I was told, the African governments were very sensitive to doing trades with Western Nations in fear that western nations would try to recolonize Africa. Basically there was a blockade on free trade with Africa, so my entire dream at the time to help Africans become businesspeople was crushed.
Not only crushed but crushed and stomped on, what made it worse was that the education those Africans were receiving wasn’t conducive to their current situation, they were trying to give them a Western education with no infrastructure? The westerners aren’t allowed in I said to myself, why would they give them a Western education?
In my younger years, I didn’t really understand capitalism and socialism the way I do now, but I quickly learned that socialism was at the root cause of poverty everywhere it was implemented, and in the video below, Patrick Bet-David talks about something I learned about 2 decades ago, leaders can’t force other leaders to change their behaviors.
Iran entrepreneurs left Iran because the Leftists took over, now when Communists took over Iran, they sounded like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who has a message that appeals to a particular group of people, but a politician or I should say, politicians, in the end, are nothing more than glorified salespeople, who if elected all of sudden have a powerful military at their disposal.
The bigger the government gets, the more the government via politics will try to politicize everything. The Democrat establishment really hates Donald Trump and because it hates Trump and because a lot of Trump’s policies mirror prior Democrat Policies, the Democrat Party has been forced to go further Left and enlist the assistance of Democratic Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has single-handled assisted in helping New York City to lose over $300 Billion in a single year.
Business people know what socialism is, they recognize the damages it causes before other people do and they’ll leave the moment an Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez becomes an influential political figure.
For myself, I’d never serve a politician, if I was forced to obey the politicians’ rules I’d just become unproductive towards the government. As an example a lot of people barter, I personally don’t care too much what happens to fiat currency or the price of Gold, I can survive off of my skill set. Like I said before I worked for charities when I was younger, we learned how to survive off the land.
Government is in my way from helping humanity, do you know how much more charity people like me would do if the government wasn’t in the way? I like many other Conservatives would love to take over the public school systems all over the world, so we could free people from salespeople like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who peddle division and poverty, to the most vulnerable.
Now, although I focus on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in this article, the real problem is the Democrat establishment, who are too scared to speak out against the socialist wing of their party. I personally believe Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is an idiot, I think she means well, but she’s short-sighted and because she has a well-earned huge following of social-media influencers many of whom are making a lot of money by aligning with her, the Democrat Party doesn’t want to alienate her or her base of support.
Andrew Cuomo’s dubious bid to keep the wealthy from fleeing New York | nypost.com
This, in my opinion, has led to Andrew Cuomo begging the rich not to leave. Democrats understand the importance of a Free market economy. Socialism revolves around social justice and social justice as a social-economic construct equates to economic instability because all humans like to know the rules of the game and if as an example all of a sudden it’s illegal for a business to refer to a person as gender, and at the same time taxes are going up, minorities need reparations and there’s going to be a Green new deal, that’s a lot of change all at once and it’s also an attack on personal liberties and freedoms. Despite what you might think, pushing back against tyranny isn’t easy, it’s the main reason most non-market-based-socialist countries are in a war.
Socialism as I’ve stated in many posts is very expensive. Recently Michelle Obama said she has “low-grade depression” and she and her husband got rich from politics. That’s usually what socialism or being around socialists does to people, it makes them miserable. You’re constantly scared that what you say or do might offend the people around you, this often leads to people self-isolating, because people don’t want the government, social media mob, or society as a whole ATTACKING them for saying or doing the wrong thing or mistakenly being around the wrong people.
All forms of Leftism whether it be Communism, Fascism, communism they’re all about a big-government controlling most aspects of your life. If you listen to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and take what she says at face value and you comprehend that the Democrat Party is afraid to stand up to her, you’ll see how powerful she’s become and you’ll also understand How New York City Lost Over $300 Billion in One Year!
