TryLeanSpa.com Scam
In terms of the results of tryleanspa.com if you read the fine print located at the bottom of the tryleanspa.com sales page it says “The testimonials on this website are individual cases and do not guarantee that you will get the same results. Typical weight loss results were reported on average at 1 lb -2 lbs per week. Individuals are remunerated.” the keyword i want to focus on is remunerated which means according to wiki.answers.com “that in return for doing something or providing some service, you are reimbursed (not necessarily in a monetary sense, altho money is not ruled out).”
That being said I want to also focus on another key area of the TryLeanSpa.com website.
TryLeanSpa’s Trial offer

For your convenience I’ve also highlighted the parts I find to be important to honest consumers

Final thoughts regarding TryLeanSpa
When I read that personally I thought it was ludicrous especially with the the auto renewal section. None the less do what you want with your money I am just here to warn those who are thinking about getting involved.
The weight loss industry is a subjective topic open to interpretation I personally don’t like to make recommendations on any one particular company because in general I think most are selling placebo pills. In the past I would make recommendations based on personal results but upon recent investigations for myself anyway replacing juice and pop with drinking a lot of water and green tea for breakfast lunch and dinner along with walking or jogging at least 4 times a week has changed my weight drastically.
What I eat hasn’t changed but what I drink has and I’ve found that has made a huge impact on my weight. Just by doing that I lost 20 pounds the first 2 month’s and altogether I’ve lost 35 pounds which has given more confidence to continue on. I’m not a health doctor but this is what I’m doing right now.
If you signed up with TryLeanSpa.com and want to cancel visit this portion of their website http://www.tryleanspa.com/page/returns/ also anyone reading this please leave your comments below about Try Lean Spa because it looks like a very fishy website i have not heard about it until today and I want warn people so please help me by leaving your comments below.
This NSM’leanspa.com is really a rip off. I ordered but later tried to cancel, as It was too expensive and risky. I just couldn’t talk to any body as I was put on hold for a long period several times. I then contacted my credit card company and they are investigating. Yesterday I did talk to a representative who was rude and said what I needed. I told her that I would like to cancel. She said she will and when I asked her about the refund of $79.99 she said that I will not get the refund as I returned the product very late, which I never received in the first place. She said the matter is closed and I could do whatever I please. I have ordered several things on the internet and also even a month later returned it as it was expensive, and I was refunded. There were 2 other products I ordered along with leanspa, eyepothesis and some teeth whitening stuff which I returned and was refunded. I hope my credit card Co will be able to deal with them.
Ok well this was written over a year ago so I don’t know if I will get a reply. I was wondering if anyone knew what the nutrition facts are. I mean they tell you what is in the Lean Spa Acai in the Faq section but they don’t tell you how much is in it. I don’t like giving my information (credit card and/or phone number) over the internet so I thought if I got some of the actual numbers (mg) I could go to my local vitamin store and purchase something similar. So I don’t won’t have to sign up for anything. Well I hope I get a reply.
Thanks

Yep, it did not work for me either. RIP OFF!!! Called to cancel and were real polite like they did not care or expected it. They did not tell me to return the bottle or where to return it. they just said ok, it is canceled. NOW i get the 79,99 charge on my credit card. I will report them to the BBB of Branford CT.
The acai berry helps in improving the overall quality of sleep.
DO NOT TRY TO CONTACT THIS PLACE THROUGH THE PHONE NUMBER THEY SAY TO CALL: 888 – 839 – 9990 IT IS A PHONE # OF AN INDIAN RESTAURANT – THE MAN SAYS HE GETS AT LEAST 3-4 CALLS A DAY ASKING FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
IF ANYONE IS READING THIS AND HASN’T ALREADY BEEN DUPED, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND THINK IT WILL BE EASY TO EXTRICATE YOURSELF FROM THIS MESS.
THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM AND I’M FREAKING OUT ABOUT HAVING TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY CANNOT KEEP CHARGING ME. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have also tried to call 888-839-9990. I have not used the product at all, it only came 5 days before the 14 day trial was up. I had to get a new credit card sent so they could not charge my old card. Such a pain to change around my other bills.
Wish I would have seen this page before ordering this product. I have just received my supposed trial product and today is the 14th day of my trial period. When I opened the envelope I found that this was more than I had bargained for and when I called to cancel the recording said I had already been billed for the 79.99 I was confused as to why this had happened before the product was even tried. I spoke to a representative by the name of Chris, he stated that on the 24th I was billed for the 30 day supply. I told him him I ordered the trial on the 12th so why was my 14 day trial billed before the trial even began, see I just had received the product and have not even tried it as of yet. Chris politely states that he will reimburse me the 79.99 on my credit card if they receive the product before a 30 day period and I would have to pay shipping and handling to return their product. And he states there is no guarantee that this product will be received in the 30 day period so I cant guarantee a full refund, but I can offer you a 45.00 refund today if you choose to keep the product. I dont know about any of you but I will be returning their product ASAP and I have called my credit card customer rep and they will help me to dispute their charges even the trial period charge of 2.99. I will not be burned again ever. This is a big scam!!!!
This is all true, it is not a trial but a delay to pay them $80……It is sad that business can scam us hard working folks like this….
These people are crooks. I went through all the stuff the people above suffered through plus during the investigation I had with my credit card co we also found an additional charge of $118.75 for Bot*Supreme Health. So I’m disputing those charges as well. With a gov’t that wants to micro manage things why haven’t they gone after these people.
I’m with these other folk!!!! If this is what is going on,why are these people allowed to do this so openly and nothing is being done? Know wonder they give discounts from the shipping and handling charges!!! Mine was only a dollar…which I applied to an old card I haven’t used for a while and don’t really use, only because of the cost of shpng and hndlg. and the fact that it could be cancelled…something should be done about this real soon…The Devil is a lie if they truly think they will continue to get away with this crap…NO! MORE!!! PEOPLE WE SHOULD NOT AND SHALL NOT TAKE THIS MESS,WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE IN “AMERICA” WHERE THINGS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE FAIR AND TRUE FOR THE PEOPLE!!! N.O.T. SO IF THIS KEEPS UP!!!
Wow wish I had of seen this before, sounded to good to be true. What was I thinking. I order this on 4/6 and as of 4/11 still have not received it. Tried calling them and got cut off 4 times…So today Monday, April 11th. I called again and got a human. Told them of the Blog I read about their scam and how I have still not received the product. The man I spoke with said the order had been shipped and he also said he would CANCEL my order and allow me 30 days to ship back…He also gave me a RMA# which must be on the outside of the package when shipping back. I called them at 11:42am received 3 emails from them to confrim Cancellation and RMA# within 3 mins. after I got off the phone. I AGREE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE…WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY TO BE SCAMMED…IT HAS TOO STOP…BUT HOW CAN OUR GOVERMENT STOP IT WHEN THEY CAN’T AGREE ON WHAT IT TAKES TO KEEP IT OPEN!!!!!!!!!WHAT A SAD TIME FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE HOME OF THE FREE AND THE LAND OF THE BRAVE????
