To start I want to first of say that the best way to lose weight is to run. I’m not going to sugar coat everything like everyone else, I think deep down inside we all know this but we’d prefer not to admit it to ourselves. Do you remember the feeling you get when you were child running up and down all over the place? Didn’t you feel like you could do anything? I’m not a believer in changing how you eat. I’m a believer in changing your daily activities. Don’t be that person that sits at home all day watching television! Are you hearing me? Ultimately people will respect you for being proactive with your life, trust me I’ve been there and a little change like this can change your whole life for the better.
So again run, run and run some more, don’t make running feel like a chore, if you’re like me you might need some headphones to keep your mind from your surroundings, I wore head phones when I ran around my block I wore head phones when I was in the gym. I blocked out everything and everyone and kept my mind focused on the person I wanted to become. I didn’t look at cars when I ran nor did I pay much attention to other people when I was at the gym. I’m not encouraging you to be anti-social what I’m saying is this is all about you now. You want this right? So make sure you do it and follow through.

Any mistakes you make or any pain you are feeling at first remember every single person that wanted to lose weight went through it, if you can do this I guarantee that you will start to see results, and yes I mean this just through running. Remember when you are running you are using both your arms and your legs. After a few months of running I began sucking in my stomach and slowly but surely a six pack started to form. Most of these equipment and other things being sold are simply making our lives easier which in my opinion doesn’t help the individual long term.
