I am a former client of Getresponse.com i joined them when they had their promotion. I have absolutely no complaints about getresponse. I think they are one of the best in the business at the time when i was using them they had phone support. That was the best selling feature for me because at that time Aweber didn’t have any phone support that i could find.

I was kind of new to email marketing at that time but for me that is what made me initially sign up with getresponse. another thing i liked at that time was their prices. their per month price at that time was one of the cheapest on the market and there service also had phone support they also had live sales and tech support which was another good selling feature.

Another thing is there html email templates they had some html email templates ready to go i used one of them i think on a few occasions and my emails we’re always delivered i had a list of about 3000 i think and i only got one complaint. For you honest list builders i have found no matter how hard you try there will be someone who joins your list just to call it spam.

GetResponse.com my Final thoughts

I always had my double opt in feature enabled so i found it odd when i saw a complaint next to one of mails customer support told me it was alright because i had my account in compliance with the rules. If you sign up for getresponse you will understand what i am talking about once you set up a campaign. well 2 thumbs up for me.
