My hope is that in the future Ithe Canadian media won’t engage in the same type of politics that the American 4th estate in America engages in. What I mean by that is my hope is that the Canadian media better adapts the world as it is as opposed to an ideology that a few people or entities have. Now, my personal views are right-leaning, I’m more of a Libratarian however, I am fully aware that there are flaws in my ideology and that a person has to have a particular moral compass in order to fall in line with Libertarian ideals.
That said, I don’t have a problem with a person that has a left-leaning ideology, however, the Canadian 4th estate should never allow itself to be dictated by leftists. Slowly but surely the Canadian media appears to be understanding this. What we don’t need in Canada is an end to debate and deep-rooted discussion, no we as Canadians should always know the history of why or how laws were put in place, this allows our economy to be flexible in the event a Donald Trump comes into office.
The United States has a history of installing this Ronald Reagan types into office and things we take for granted are often exposed and it’s never a good idea to retaliate emotionally to a Donald Trump type. Whether you agree with Trump or not, what Canadians should be looking at is the position of the current economy, if Trump’s tariffs are nothing more than stall tactics, why would you raise prices on Canadian consumers by creating your own tariffs? especially with Canada’s reliance on American imports, remember it’s not the Americans that are going to feel the tariffs it’s the Canadia consumer.
Interesting times ahead
