Only CNN and the Independent.co.uk made this story a serious headline. Umm people this happened in the U.K, not Syria, not Iran, Pakistan this happened in a developed country. Think about the message this sends. Click the link to read this story in full.

Let me point out that there may have been other news or media outlets that reported this story but these were the only 2 that made it a major headline. Is immigration an issue in the U.K? This is not a common practice in Oriental countries, European countries, Latin American countries or even non-muslim Sub Saharan African countries. These types of crimes are typical to peoples in particular regions.
When particular groups of people are engaging in crimes that are common to particular regions of the world, you may want to look into your immigration policies, especially if these youths are second and third generation immigrants. There are talks in the U.K of banning knives, the U.K is also known for its hefty regulations and its non-lethal police force. What type of people would be suitable for that type of country?
Now personally I think disarming your citizens is a stupid move, not so much because of criminal behavior but because it makes the citizenry rather unprepared for the unexpected, furthermore it creates a very lazy type of entitled mind. If I were to ban cars and force people to take public transit because car accidents contributed to, too many deaths is that a free society? Furthermore, how would people react if one person decided to break the law and drove a car through the streets driving over people it would probably take the police a long time to respond because unless they were the only entitled group able to drive automobiles the citizenry would have to wait for the police to respond. By that time the killer would have killed hundreds are even thousands.
Immigration works in a free society absent of welfare because the people that don’t belong there won’t be there. If you’ve ever been involved in private clubs that have a fee to join, you’ll notice that majority of the people in those groups share similar beliefs. The media has made some much issue about Trump yet they rarely cover stories like these ones. A three-year-old boy injured from an acid attack? An acid attack? an acid attack in the U.K. I wish that boy nothing but the best. Very, very sad.
