How to Prevent Acne Before It Starts
A few years ago I was fed up with my acne and I was about to purchase Proactiv oddly enough they kept screwing up my orders I live in a condo and they kept forgetting to add my apartment address to their order. I was getting really angry and I decided to do a Google search to see if other people we’re having the same problem. Although I couldn’t find anyone that had my exact problem what I did discover was a secret about acne and the words that stood out to me about this acne stopping secret were the words “skimmed milk”
How to stop acne immediately
In 2007 I was a hardcore “partier” I was drinking alcohol, smoking weed eating lots of sweets and raising hell. However the one thing I wasn’t doing that year was drinking milk and the reason I wasn’t drinking milk was because it made my tummy hurt. In fact I didn’t start drinking milk until about 2010 and guess what kind of milk I drank? I was drinking skimmed milk why? because skim milk didn’t make my tummy hurt oddly enough once I started drinking milk acne started popping up. At the time I thought I was getting acne because of the candy I was eating
So the first thing I did was I stopped eating candy that didn’t work acne still formed so then I started to limit my meat in take I was even thinking about going vegan that still didn’t work Acne formed but guess what happened when I stopped drinking skim milk for one month? No Acne not a single bump or pimple. To make sure my problem was milk I bought a bag of candy jolly ranchers, mars bars , snicker bars, cookies everything plus I drank Pepsi and coke. Guess what happened? I gained about 10 pounds that month but no pimples NOT even one!
The Milk we drink is not real milk!
Without getting into the whole dairy foods debate the truth of the matter especially when you get into the topic of skimmed or 1% or 2% milk is that this is not 100% Milk! This is man made milk and I think this is the reason milk was causing acne on my skin. Think about the term “white heads” also think about this in most third world countries Acne is rare. Families struggle to find food but boy do they have great skin! Yet over here in North America things are different especially in high school.
The reason is because in my opinion most of the dairy products we eat aren’t real dairy products remember these dairy products are created to last longer so they can reach the consumer without getting spoiled. Also the cows are taking in chemicals to rush the process of producing milk. Now I want to make it clear that it’s you’re life and you can choose to do whatever you want with it all I am saying is once I stopped drinking milk my acne disappeared!
My experience: Skim, 1% and 2 % Milk = Acne!
