Interac vs Credit Card? Which is better

If you’re wondering which one is better Interac or Credit Card it really depends on you and your discipline. If you have the discipline nothing is better than a points credit card. By discipline I mean do you have the discipline to pay back your credit card balance in full every month? If you don’t than Interac would be a better option for you. But if you can and you’re willing to pay back your credit card in full each and every month nothing and I mean nothing is better than a points credit card.

We are in a digital age with online banking and what this means is if you have a points credit card you can pay your credit card balance without going to the bank. What this means if you’re smart is use your credit card everywhere build up those points and get free gift cards, cash or vacations. Most people use points credit cards for vacations because nothing beats a free vacation and depending on what points credit card you have you can take a vacation with as little as 30,000 points. If you’re credit is good typically credit card companies will fight over your business and even offer to give you free points and reward in the process just to join them.

For those of you playing the credit card game all wrong i would stick with using interac because at least with Interac you spending your own cash. It’s just when you compare debit cards or interac to credit cards there is no comparison as credit cards offer a lot more benefits and if you’re smart you don’t ever have to pay any fees. Credit card companies survive because people leave balances on them. If you’re smart you’ll never leave a balance on your credit card.

Use credit card companies and abuse them if you can the fun thing is once you have good credit they’ll always come and beg for your business. Oh yea and this is really important if you have a credit card make sure you get the credit protection and any credit watch that you can afford. Some will argue that this costs you money however if you add the rewards you’ll actually be in profit. if you can look at credit cards like you would a game you can make money from credit cards however if you look at credit cards as free money and you only pay the minimum balance every month I would avoid them and stick with Interac.
