The solar panel and wind farm manufacturing jobs never came, there was never any news under Kathlynne Wynne’s government nor were there any concrete plans by the Greens or NDP to turn the Ontario or Canadian clean energy sector into a clean energy powerhouse, there plan from the outset was to punish productive business by making them pay more for their severely flawed globalist cap and trade system.
As many of you know I’m pro-tariff, I’m pro-clean energy and I’m a pro-energy sufficiency person, so for me, one of the reasons I abandoned the Leftist completely in Canada was because I attended their green seminars and most of their green energy meetings. What I came face to face with was a bunch of people that knew nothing about green energy. What these people were doing there was they were trying to sell you some bonds.
The only way you’d figure out the truth about green energy is if you went to a green energy space in the private sector. When you learn about Green renewable energies like solar and Wind you quickly find out their limitations, you also are reminded about the limitations of batteries. So once you’re confronted with this, you figure out that our clean air problems have already been solved with Natural gas, Nuclear hydro-electric, propane etc. This is when it hits you that these Cap and trade deals are nothing more than globalist schemes to tax people to breathe.
If you want to save energy get your own grid to failback system, these systems exist in places like the Dominican Republic and other places that don’t have the resources to keep their power running 24/7/365. However selling this concept to Canadians and Americans doesn’t work because it already exists and it would make the government sound or seem incompetent, plus if they subsidized it, it would serve as a stimulus for the companies already in existence, and understand these other energies are very cheap, and the problem of Nuclear in Canada is that our plants are simply too bag. Nuclear power plants could be a whole lot smaller and if we had a variety of different energy methods our dependence on one source wouldn’t be so great.

In the article above notice how short it is and also notices that it makes no reference to the number of lost jobs cap-and-trade cost Ontario. Cap-and-trade equates to certain business not existing here at all, so let’s say we wanted to manufacture renewable energy-related products, because of cap-and-trade it would make more financial sense for us to import solar and wind technologies from China who has an excellent cap-and-trade record right?
If you pro-renewable energy your suppose to have a plan, these Leftist don’t have a constructive plan because they don’t understand business, they don’t want to understand business and they’d rather virtue signal
I keep telling Canadians, there are a lot of jobs going unfulfilled because of over-regulation, it’s getting worse every single year, we are approaching that period where the infrastructure of our country is going to crumble, which going to cost us more, because we’ll have to import people and overpay them to correct it. The economic collapse in Canada is getting closer and closer and even though the leftist news likes to put emphasis on the amount of money, what’s happening is that Canada is losing it’s private sector and having a labor skills shortage at the same time. This is no laughing matter and if these problems aren’t solved soon the social safety nets we enjoy to today will all evaporate.
