Two Black provincial UNIONIZED GOVERNMENT employees sue for $26M alleging ‘anti-black’ racism? March 15, 2019,

In an obvious attempt to secure their retirements Two Black provincial UNIONIZED GOVERNMENT employees are suing taxpayers for $26 MILLION DOLLARS alleging ‘anti-black’ racism? Oddly enough split amongst themselves that’s only a few million more than Terrorist Omar Khadr got for killing America soldiers. These women see weakness in the government and they’re trying to hit the lottery. I actually wrote about this story yesterday, however, I omitted the dollar amount because at the time I didn’t know how much money these government people wanted for having their feelings and egos hurt but what they perceived to be “racism”.

Two provincial employees sue for $26M alleging ‘anti-black’ racism – CBC

My background is in sheet metal fabrication, and just being honest, working in this trade everybody f*cks up every once in a while, and when we all would f*ck up bosses would come around a let us have it, unfortunately only the black people took criticism as racism from their superiors, some of us would tell our bosses to F-off, there were incidents of shoving matches, you know regular stuff that happens in private sector environments, but only the black people would pull the race card, it was so annoying, how do you respond to that? How do you respond to someone calling you a racist for being critical of their actions?

Personally, I loved the feeling of yelling back at my boss, I knew my worth, “F” him “F” her and I’m taking a break and you’re going to pay me for it! When you have a skilled trade, you show up to work every day and that’s a shortage of your replacements you quickly learn that your boss is compromised, well at least that’s how I saw it, I never got fired, I quit! I didn’t even want their government layoff checks, whatever the f*ck the call those layoff checks, I hate filling out paperwork for the government, I hate government offices, being that I’m self-employed my relationship with the government feels like extortion, at the end of year the government wants their cut of my profits.

This is why I push self-employment, when you’re self-employed and spent the entire year trying to find customers and the moment you make a profit the government sends you a letter demanding payments. For employees, especially government employees, they see the world differently, what they see is an unlimited amount of capital that the government can give to any person or entity it pleases, so this is where the assumption comes that $26M alleging ‘anti-black’ racism is drop in the bucket compared to the amount of money the government whether provincial or federal has at its disposal.

Sure, I get it, employees, including government employees, have taxes extracted from their paychecks, but try to understand that they have a job, a government job, a government unionized job that grants them privileges that aren’t afforded to us in the private sector. When you work in the private sector as a self-employed individual you don’t qualify for loans, employees qualify for, because the banks understand that most businesses go bankrupt within 1 – 10 years whereas the trend is that a government employee at this projection will have job security for life. But, again if you’re in a position of entitlement you’re not going to view the world the way I’m explaining it to you.

When you feel like you’re entitled to respect, regardless of your own actions, when you look down at janitors and feel offended when a person who doesn’t share your skin complexion calls you a name or gives you a title that you perceive to be less than, you’ll assume that $26 million dollars is enough to secure your retirement without going through all that hardship of waking up every morning and going to work.

If you’re wondering why I’ll never vote for the Conservative party of Canada again? It’s because they refuse to shrink the size of government, they’re scared to do it, now at the very least if these two women tried to sue a private sector employer this wouldn’t be a taxpayer related problem. Now, in case you haven’t been paying attention, this isn’t the first time a woman who works for the government is suing the government for alleged abuse. In the real world it’s a privilege to work for the government, but because the government in Canada is SO BIG, perceptions have changed, now a large segment of the Canadian populace assumes that the government is actually a profitable institution.

Now, I do a lot of CMHC bashing on this blog, CMHC is a Crown Corporation on the CMHC website it says the following:

The Board of Directors for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has approved a $1 billion dividend to its shareholder, the Government of Canada. The dividend is payable by November 30, 2018.

In case you ever wonder why I predict economic stagnation in Canada’s economic future if you ever wonder why the cost of living is so high in Canada and why the Canadian politicians turn a blind eye to blatant corruption in our real estate industry look no further than CMHC. I don’t care what you Andrew Scheer Conservatives say I’m not voting for him. Doug Ford instead of aggressively shrinking the size of government is taking his time, I gave Stephen Harper my vote, he did little to nothing to change the corporatist policies of Paul Martins Liberals, so of course, Two provincial employees sue for $26M alleging ‘anti-black’ racism they want their cut too.

Justin Trudeau’s a feminist right? Andrew Scheer is a feminist right? This whole SNC-Lavalin scandal needs something to divert attention from it right? Now, seems like a better time than ever to get $26 millions for having your feelings hurt. Manufacturing jobs are leaving this country, we have a skilled labor shortage and unless there’s hyperinflation to the Canadian dollar all these debts even at -20 BoC interest rates will never get paid. I’ve written in length about Argentina’s big government and why no matter what currency they create the same economic problems arise.

There’s a weakness in the Fiat currency system, which is once the size of government passes 30% of the countries economy, the moment that countries major imports start declining there’s a currency crisis. It’s happened in Europe, this is why the European Union was created was stringent rules regarding printing money, if Greece could print its own money they wouldn’t be in the situation they’re in now. The market still dictates the value of a countries currency and the moment your countries fiat currency is being overly consumed by the government, forex related investments will dwindle, which will put a lot of pressure on the BoC to raise rates.

Canada is not in the same position as Japan and Switzerland, those two countries still manufacture things, namely high-end, highly coveted items like their watches and cars, video games etc. GM is leaving Canada, the presence of other manufacturers in Canada is shrinking yearly, manufacturing jobs are being replaced by the service sector and Public sector jobs, minimum wages, something Switzerland doesn’t have, has created an environment similar to Venezuela where certain companies refuse to do their manufacturing here, because it’s too expensive.

Canada doesn’t have military power like the United States when the U.S economy crashes typically angel investors will save the U.S dollar because the U.S military is important to the well being of many nations all over the globe. The Canadian army doesn’t garner that level of respect and a devaluing of the Canadian loonie will be a drop in the bucket for the global economy, often ignored are the new provisions in the new USMCA trade deal which actually put Canada at a disadvantage if use our commonly used tactic of devaluing the Loonie in order to give more incentives for companies who sell products to the U.S to have their headquarters in Canada.

So, excuse me if I didn’t put too much emphasis on the Two provincial employees sue for $26M alleging ‘anti-black’ racism because the reality for me is that the warning signs of coming economic collapse in Canada are becoming glaringly apparent. This isn’t the 1990’s anymore, this isn’t even the early 2000’s we are in unchartered territory in Canadian history, Deficits aren’t something you joke around with. Once the market says enough is enough, interest rates have to go up, especially if the commodities you’re selling aren’t in demand.

Interesting times ahead.
