Alberta leaders go toe-to-toe in election debate – Alberta Votes – March 05, 2019,
NDP Leader Rachel Notley, UCP Leader Jason Kenney, Liberal Leader David Khan and Alberta Party Leader Stephen Mandel debate election issues live in Edmonton.
Well from the outset as you can see below Rachel Notley begins the debate trying to shift the attention to social issues, it’s disgusting if you ask me, being honest I find Leftists disgusting in general. No substance, just attack, attack, attack. What’s worse is Notley’s need to return to her notes, to remind herself what she’s fighting for.
If you live outside of Alberta, you probably don’t understand the relevance of Alberta to the Canadian economy. I’m not an oil guy, but I’m no fool, I’ve stated I’d like to see a more diverse energy economy in Canada, however as it stands right now, Oil pays the bills. If you’re of the belief that government solves all problems, you’d be mistaken, if you believe that government regulations and legislation solves all problems you’d be mistaken, if you believe that higher taxes make your life better, you’d be mistaken, if you believe Canada wouldn’t be bankrupt if Alberta wasn’t part of the Federation, you’d be mistaken.
In reality, Welfare makes certain provinces feel richer, Nova Scotia as an example, recently announced that they own your organs and unless you tell the Province of Nova Scotia that you don’t want to be an organ donor, they’ll take your organs from you when you die. Now, obviously the average Canadian doesn’t understand what this means, because the assumption of most Canadians is to think like collectivists.
Nova Scotia to become 1st in North America with presumed consent for organ donation – CBC
New Brunswick to consider automatic organ donation, says health minister – CBC
What the average Canadian doesn’t seem to understand is that their organs will be sold to the highest bidder in many instances and this actually opens up pandora’s box for an entirely new market, that the average collectivist won’t understand until it’s reported by the mainstream news. Once you the government owns your body, an external force gets to decide who gets what and what goes where, if the SNC-Lavalin scandal doesn’t wake Canadians up to the corruption of government, I’m not sure what will. How this relates to Alberta is if you listen to the above debate, you can see clearly what the problem is in Alberta. Rachel Notley and Rachel Notley want more taxes and regulations while the UCP and the Alberta Party appear to want to appease the populace with a centrist stance.
This for me describes Canada’s problems in a nutshell, the debate used to be Conservatives vs. the Classical Liberals, now we have debates between Centrists and Leftists. I’ve said it before I’ll say it again if you’re pushing for centrism you’re promoting Leftism. If you’re run the country as a centrist in time people will simply want full blown Leftism. The organ donation legislation in Nova Scotia is exactly what I’m talking about. A lot of Canadians now believe that the collective is more important than the individual’s rights.
Centrism is the belief that every once in a while, the government should step in and pick winners and losers, Leftism is the Government micro-managing the social-economic affairs of everything, only stepping back when a new innovation is created. A new innovation like the internet, if you haven’t been paying attention, global governments are cropping away at your rigts online, trying to push people back onto their television sets, or make the internet an online television station. Now that humans are gravitating to social media, governments all over the world are looking at ways to regulate the internet. This why I will no longer support the Conservative Party of Canada, nor will I ever support a centrist political party. Being honest I’m shocked at Alberta’s choices for Premier. David Khan is blatantly talking about an HST tax to Albertans, Notley, of course, is pushing for a more government micro-managed Albertan economy and the UCP is the safe bet, while the Alberta Party is centrists?
Deflation is coming to Canada, however with this huge government in place, I doubt the Canadian economy will be allowed to deflate which is going to cause a lot of economic disasters in the very near future. In the event Alberta is no longer a profitable province the Canadian dollar is going to have some serious problems, that will be unsolvable if Leftist leadership dominates this country. It’s not even like it’s speculation, deflation is coming, it’s terrifying financial institutions so much that some countries are already trying to force people to not have any cash on hand. How it works for those of you that don’t understand history, is the government will inflate the currency sometimes overnight and you’ll simply wake up one morning and your purchasing power went down.
Now there are a few currencies that wouldn’t experience hyperinflation, but unfortunately, Canada won’t be one of them especially if Trudeau wins the federal election. Anyway, consider watching the video above it’s very scary. David Khan says he’ll replace MOST provincial income tax with an HST, which is what happened in Ontario, unfortunately, the income tax replacement gets replaced by other Liberal programs, it’s not like your income taxes go down, it’s just that they’re redistributed in a different way, to different programs, as an example Kathleen Wynne had to retire her Ontario Retirement Pension Plan, which is how her scheme worked in the first place, you see Liberals never cut anything they’ll simply restructure taxes, and typically their tax restructuring is based on their people watching spending patterns. It’s actually quite demonic if you understand economics.
With that said, I have to remind Canadians that things are changing te world is changing and Canada unfortunately is on the wrong side of history! Prepare yourself accordingly!
Interesting times ahead
