$5 billion laundered through B.C. real estate in 2018, drove up home prices and this scheme must continue to avoid a crash! – May 5, 2019,

Interesting events occurring in British Columbia and obviously, this is making it to the forefront because the government wants to make sure a Green uprising doesn’t disrupt the NDP stranglehold that’s been destroying the B.C economy for years. Being that there’s a wave of change sweeping all across Canada, the Political Party with the most to lose is the NDP. I’ve been writing for weeks that a strange as it sounds now, in my opinion, the Green Party could easily replace the NDP going forward.

The NDP represents Democratic socialism, which is basically a majority rule socialism, whereas The Green Party represents socialism for mother earth or socialism with a cause in mind. The Green Party also offers more flexibility because their platform isn’t rooted in economics, it’s rooted in ‘saving the planet’ I’ve gotten to know younger voters who don’t understand Conservativism, hate Liberals and view the NDP as a boring political party that will say Yes to anything to get voted in and the party that seems to resonate with them the most is the Green Party. Furthermore, the NDP comes across as the most racist political Party in Canada. A large segment of South Asian voters will only be voting for Jagmeet Singh because he’s South Asian.

As you know socialist tend to believe in a Nanny State which is basically like having a boss hovering over you at your workplace finding fault in almost everything you produce while at the same time talking behind your back, to people your boss deems are people that are superior to you. Now, the real issue facing the NDP is their extinction, if it’s one thing you can give Justin Trudeau credit for it’s hijacking the NDP platform. The NDP is known for creating stagnant economies, in Ontario for those of us old enough to remember Bob Rae, we don’t want anything to do with the NDP, they’ll bring your economy to a grinding halt, ask Albertans.
The NDP in British Columbia has been lucky they have low property taxes which in turn with the combination of CMHC and the BoC making interest rates artificially low has made many of their populous cities perfect money laundering zones. For many people on the political Right, they’re often baffled that an NDP run province isn’t a Have Not Province. Well in Alberta that province runs on autopilot, you really have to be an idiot to ruin Alberta’s economy, BC benefits from Alberta, but more than that BC benefits from ‘Tourism’ lol! So yea, do you think people constantly bring bags of Canadian currency into BC to go sightseeing? Or has BC become the port of entry for people fleeing over-taxation or oppression from the Chinese Communist Party?

What is Money Laundering Exactly?

When people hear the words money laundering they often think of drugs and other illegal stuff that they see on TV, but money laundering is more complex it doesn’t only come from drug trafficking it comes from hardworking people in foreign countries, who’ve saved money for years and are looking for a safe place to park that money, like oh, I don’t know in the safety of their Canadian cousin who resides in B.C who might be a first time home buyer or who might qualify for mortgage at an inflated price, which they can flip together to wash the money clean. There are all sorts of money laundering schemes and because the Canadian dollar is artificially low we’ve attracted all sorts of criminal activity.

There are these myths that CHMC as insurance for mortgages has no negative consequences? There’s a myth that by the BoC artificially lowering the loonie that there are no consequences, there’s this myth that if the government picks winners and losers in Real Estate that there are no consequences. Prior to these no money down mortgages and/or mortgages where the purchaser had to put 20% down or less for a mortgage, housing prices would, for the most part, fluctuate, do you know what fluctuation means? Fluctuate means prices would go up and prices would go down, because the government wasn’t supporting Real Estate, REAL CANADIAN Buyers used be more demanding. In the 1980s and 1990s buying a condo was risky, why? Because if your condo wasn’t appealing to the market who had to put down at least 20% of their saved money to purchase it, that condo would stay on the market for years and years.

Oh, that’s horrible you say? No, that’s the market/the people demanding quality, now that the pool of buyers has widened via CMHC there’s a lot more investor security, the condo or home doesn’t even have to be structurally sound anymore, they’ll still be a line of buyers willing to take the risk. So what’s the big deal about that, you argue? The problem is the market in time will no longer reflect the real economy if mortgages become more expensive and if more condos are being built than apartments for rent, investors will raise rent and LEASE prices to reflect their mortgages and their needed profit margins, which they’ll pass onto consumers. Making matters worse is that less residential rental properties will be built because there’s now a huge demand for condos, townhome, detached and semi-detached homes that didn’t exist prior to Governments intervention.

Now, the NDP knew about this for years, but money laundering will turn your province from a have not into a have province. So there hasn’t been any real need for the NDP run government to do anything about it. But you see my dear reader the political mood is shifting now, I’ve been saying for years, that next to the Quebec I think British Columbia is Canada’s most naturally Leftist province. In eastern Canada, they tend to vote left or Liberal out of solidarity or comfort, but they’ll turn their backs on Leftists if they don’t reflect their morals, but in British Colombia, Leftism for a lot of people is the culture. I personally think the Green Party could make its presence felt in that Province. I think the NDP realize the threat, the NDP is starting to look like the boring Grandma and Grandpa party, while the Green Party is starting to look like the future.

Now, the article I link too says money laundering is a Canada wide problem, well duh! Everybody knows CMHC is a problem, but removing CMHC now, well that would be a recipe for disaster, so instead as per usual, the government is going to attempt more intervention. I say “whatever” to this, they’re delaying the inevitable, more government intervention won’t do much at this point and if the intervention has negative effects, meaning the government collects less revenue, chances are the government will create loopholes for their interventionist policies. It’s all silliness at this point and quite frankly I’m only writing so there’s no secret what’s going on here.

Money laundering at this point is very important to the Canadian economy, you ban it, and revenue starts to dry up, things will get stagnant and stagnant socialism destroys a currency, it’s happened in Europe which led to the creation of the Euro, it’s happened in almost every Latin Country and it’s marching its way into Canadian society. Government employees wages and price controls aren’t based on any market fundamental, which is why the larger the government gets the more poverty a nation suffers from. Hopefully, Canadians will realize the truth before it’s too late!
