Jagmeet Singh and The NDP Launch a Full Blown Socialism Platform For Their 2019 Federal Election Platform – June 16, 2019,
I don’t really like wasting too much time writing about the NDP because if they’re ever in charge of the country, I think everyone knows we’re permanently screwed. If Canadians are ever dumb enough to make any Democratic Socialist the Prime minister, the systematic damage done to this country will result in economic collapse. The blessing we have of being in Canada is our proximity to the United States, our ability to manipulate our currency helps provinces like Alberta sell items to America for a profit, this arrangement obviously makes us rich and helps us to fund our public sectors. But make no mistake about it, we’ve already maxed out that credit card, the Jean Chretien, Paul Martin Liberals and the loops holes they allowed is a major reason why Canadian public services haven’t gone belly up.
Closing tax loopholes equates to Full-Blown Socialism
Now, most Liberals, the intelligent ones, understand and embrace Keynesian economics, which equates to government involvement in the economy but not fully controlling it. The reason why tax-loopholes exist revolves around preventing monopolies, TAX is theft, taxation is theft, our society is based on volunteerism and respecting the Rights of individuals. When the government introduces a tax, it needs to be justified, not only by consumers but also by business and industry.
To give you an understanding, Canadian employees know that if they work too many hours they’ll be taxed more and might even end up in a higher bracket, which ultimately leads to a lot of employees refusing to work overtime. Businesses operate in the exact same fashion, Mitt Romney once said Corporations are People too! as crazy as it may sound it’s the truth, if a business or a group of businesses are being punished for being productive, they’ll scale back production, move production, change their business model or cease to exist.
Profits aren’t guaranteed, I often talk about Blackberry, which was once the best Smartphone on the market, Obama had a Blackberry, well Samsung and the Apple iPhone put an end to that, the main reason why business has so much money is that a few bad business cycles could easily equate to a company going bankrupt. Remember the bigger the business gets the more expensive it is to operate it. Retirement plans and employee benefits don’t grow on trees!
When a politician makes a decree that the rich are evil and that same politician wants to point blame at a particular individuals or businesses for the woes of society, don’t assume that this business will just accept its lashings, like an adult that’s living under a parents roof, when the parent makes demands the child doesn’t want to abide by, that child will move out.
If the child doesn’t move out, the child will change its behavior, it will seek alternative ways to avoid the punishment of the parent. Sorry socialists, this is the real world! Actions have reactions and one of the reasons authoritarians are often formed in Socialist countries is that the rich will leave a country when a lunatic takes over and in order to stop the bleeding, the government is forced to take over the countries entire economy, this, of course, makes the bleeding worse, but if the general society is ignorant to the fact that nobody likes to be pushed around then the society will dissolve into a stagnant economic existence.
In Venezuela, they ended tax loopholes and guess what happened? Businesses started to leave and when these businesses left, nothing replaced them, because people didn’t want to be demonized, the business that replaced prior businesses changed their business models to align with what they thought the government wanted, which eventually led to a decline in manufacturing and more dependence on imports. Venezuela’s reliance on imports was ok until the price of Oil dropped, once the price of oil dropped, Venezuela’s own socialist policies became its worse nightmare. Throwing money at a problem doesn’t make the problem go away, in fact, it makes a problem worse, which of course led to hyperinflation of their currency.
The reality is that Justin Trudeau hijacked the NDP platform because Canada is running a deficit, interest rates are low and there’s currently no recession, the assumption by many Leftist is why don’t we take things a step further, why don’t print and borrow more money and put more industries under the governments control, I mean Canada is rich right, we have unlimited resources, unlimited income and all of our medical professionals are living happily ever after with Universal Health Care right? so let’s expand it and include mental, dental, hearing coverage for all.
What this means, of course, is even if you don’t work, you’ll get dental coverage, which puts into question current insurance plans? Will the NDP set up a Crown Corporation for Dental insurance similar to the ICBC disaster in British Columbia, will they finance existing insurance companies, I’m not sure what their plan is all about, but I know a lot of unhappy Nurses. Mental health, that’s an interesting topic, because I do think a lot of modern-day Leftists have mental health problems because they’ve lost their moral compass.
I find that people on the Political Right are more level headed because they understand the basic concept that forcing grown adults to do something is wrong. Leftists, the NDP types, disagree, the NDP types believe in their own perception of the greater good which includes restricting individual rights, freedoms and liberties to serve their government collective. This, of course, complicates their lives, because the moment you stray from volunteerism you and lean towards the concept of force, in civil society you have to defend your position by maintaining your position as an authoritarian or a master teacher. “We know what’s best for humanity is what people from the NDP will convince themselves”.
This carbon tax will save our children, taxing the wealthy is a human right, we the NDP know what’s best for that money and plus they stole it by using tax loopholes, raise corporate taxes because corporations aren’t job creators who contribute to income taxes and if we tax them, we the NDP government can use the money for things that we want, end fossil fuel subsidies, because we want a green planet for our children and when we end fossil fuel subsidies companies will continue drilling for fossil fuels the way they did before and continue to create the jobs that get us income taxes.
We the NDP will Close tax loopholes, even though most people on welfare enjoy not paying any income tax, we’re going to change that law and expect that the taxes the government receives currently will be even greater because those businesses need Canada to generate a profit. Finally, we’re going to levy a foreign home buyers tax, because foreigners pumping money into Canada is a bad thing, screw those foreigners and their money, they’re nothing more than a bunch of lowlife tax cheats anyway!

I want all of you socialist to realize something, Loopholes exist because tax is theft. Governments shouldn’t be charging us taxes, the tax code is complicated because taxation without representation is illegal. Pay this tax or I will break your legs, that’s how gangsters operate, if a person or a person(s) part of a business entity are taxed without reason, those people will flee. When the gangsters take over a town/city or Country, people flee or fight back in their own way
In South America, most of the leaders are democratic socialists, which is why businesses and job creators avoid these countries like the plague. When people avoid you, you get poorer, this should be common sense, when people don’t want to play with you anymore, they take their human capital with them and go somewhere else, somewhere where they feel free, which is why many people from Latin America would prefer Donald Trumps “racist” America over their democratic socialist countries. People vote with their feet. So if Canadians want to embrace the NDP platform, you’ve been warned, and yea, people like me will leave or alleviate ourselves of NDP tyranny if their proposals are ever implemented.
