The article below does a pretty decent job not painting Maxime Bernier as the racist. It’s becoming increasingly more difficult to paint Maxime Bernier as a racist especially when MODERATE Muslims, as well as South Asians and people of African descent, are finding their way to Maxime Bernier’s party. The article below, in my personal opinion by today’s standards was fair. Still biased, but the media can’t give any Political Party a free pass. The fact that Gerald Butts is back with Justin Trudeau and the media has been silent.
Part of the Liberal Platform revolves around raising taxes on the wealthy and helping the poor. Now think about the following regarding Gerald Butts
On September 21, 2016, it was reported by The Globe and Mail that Butts charged $126,669.56 in moving expenses to Canadian taxpayers to relocate his residence from Toronto to Ottawa. In the wake of the controversy, he apologized and said he would repay $41,618.62.
Do you remember the whole SNC-Lavalin Affair? Well, it revolved around Gerald Butts, a brief reminder.
On February 18, 2019, Butts stepped down as Trudeau’s principal secretary stating it was in order to defend himself against allegations made against him in relation to the SNC-Lavalin Affair
Now, part of the reason Justin Trudeau continuously tried to talk down to Jody Wilson-Raybould when she exposed Liberal corruption is based on Butts denying influencing the Attorney General and also claiming that he specifically recruited Jody Wilson-Raybould to join the Liberal Party. In short a blind man can see that part of the reason why Justin Trudeau was so upset with Jody Wilson-Raybould for exposing Liberal corruption came from the reality that Justin Trudeau’s best friend Gerald Butts recruited her and both Justin and Gerald expected that Jody Wilson-Raybould would keep her mouth shut while their buddies were being forgiven of their crimes.
The Jody Wilson-Raybould situation is disgusting, but the Canadian mainstream media has already found ways to excuse the behavior. Maxime Bernier, on the other hand, is a whole new problem that the mainstream media can’t solve, without labeling him a racist. A brief understanding of Liberalism in the world, Liberalism works primarily after or during war times. Those of us on the Political Right prefer to avoid war at all costs, wars are expensive, getting into foreign entanglements is expensive and for people on the Political Right, we’d prefer to stick to economics. During periods of war, those of us on the political Right would prefer to do the job and come home, this, however, has proving to be disastrous in certain respects which in many periods throughout history have allowed Liberals or Democrats to rise to power, promising peace by increasing taxes.
Part of the reason a Republican politician took the U.S off the Gold Standard revolved around the United States having to pay back it’s debts. The Wars America fought along with the added taxation and regulations on the US economy left America broke, therefore the choice was made for the U.S dollar to cut ties with Gold, now after this happened Lyndon B. Johnson pushed for the great society known as the WELFARE State. Being that this fiat money experiment worked, the Democrat/Liberals in the United States said to themselves why not push this fake money scheme to its limits, this, of course, is the society we’re enjoying today.
However, the problem with the fiat money is that it’s still money and if the public sectors are consuming more than the private sector is producing obviously debts are going to grow and the value of the currency is going to lose its purchasing power. This is, of course, the dilemma Liberals and Leftists all over the world are facing right now, that they’re having a hard time understanding. The integrity of money, the integrity of our financial system is at risk because the Leftists have taken things to their financial limits and economic cracks are forming.
In the United States, current President Trump has on more than on 1 occasion gone on a tirade to the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell not to raise interest rates, while at the same time Trump is bragging about the success of the U.S economy. Central banks in a fiat system are supposed to mimic what would happen in a free market economy and only intervene when things get really bad, in a free market economy there’s inflation and deflation, the long term trend of stocks is of course always upward as the standard of life improves around the globe, but along the way prices for good and services rise and fall to reflect changes in the economy. Well, because of government and central bank manipulation prices have only gone up, falling slightly and periodically only to rise even higher, not reflecting what’s happening on Mainstreet.
Well, in this type of economy, cost of living plays a huge role for immigrants with talents. Immigrants with talent in the coming decades will have a lot more choices on where they choose to move, the bottom of the barrel economic migrants on the other hand, they’ll obviously become economic leeches for already bloated Government Welfare programs. Even if you or your parents migrated or migrate to Canada if Canada begins to harbor economic welfare leeches, your quality of life will suffer greatly. Your productive capacity will become a breeding ground Welfare Vampires.
Obviously, the Political Right isn’t racist, but it would be the death to the left if the realization hit so-called visual minorities (who are Canadians just like me) that the Leftist are going to lower the Canadian standard of living to appease economic migrants. If you go to almost all Democrat Run U.S States, not only is there high crime rates, there’s also a homeless and drug epidemic there.
Canadians per capita consume information from the internet at one of the highest clips in the world, now, sure many Canadians typically Leftist Canadians only use the internet to consume entertaining videos and information, however, a lot of educated, self taught Canadians are using the net to educate themselves about what’s happening in the Canadian economy, they’re learning about Politics also, this doesn’t bode well for Leftist Politicians who are used to never having their authority challenged, a substantive debate is a scary thing on a national stage and in case you haven’t been paying attention, in order to avoid debate, Leftists prefer labeling their opponents as Racists, this changes the tone of debate and often forces the politician on the Political Right to step back about his/her position.
Now, Trump is the rare character that used the common Leftist political tactic of labeling against the Labeler, which for the Leftists so far has proven to be something they’re unable to fight against. Economics, the economy is a substantive argument, name-calling isn’t, although Trump engages in name-calling his economic results have proven up to now to work for him.
If you read Youtube comments and other social media comments in Canada, the Political Right REGARDLESS OF RACE is dominating the comments section and if a Leftist dares to debate someone on the Political Right they’re Left shamed often having to ask the government, Twitter or Facebook to regulate the internet because their feelings and egos have been hurt by facts.
This will only increase in the years ahead and Maxime Bernier is lining himself up to be Canada’s Prime Minister in 2023. As I’ve stated in prior posts, this upcoming election I suspect Justin Trudeau to win a minority government, if Trudeau loses and Scheer wins, it won’t really matter, every Canadian that is politically active understands that a lot of Canadians will vote for Scheer in fear that Trudeau will get a second term, now on the flip side and this is something I believe, typical NDP and Green voters will all vote for Liberals in the coming election just to make sure they don’t lose their grip on this country.
Either way, it doesn’t really matter to me, because 2023 appears to be the year that Maxime Bernier will become Canada’s next Prime minister. Scheer wins, Conservatives will be happy that at the very least Trudeau is gone and they can then begin to vote for who they really want. Barring a world war, the Leftist era of political dominance is coming to an end in Canada. It’s not to say that the Left will cease to exist, it’s just that they’re going to have a more difficult time-convincing Canadians on why Canadians should pay more money in taxes and give up their liberties and freedoms for the convenience of the Government.
For the most part most moderate Muslims and South Asians believe in Canadian values and the truth is most Muslims want to get as far away from their Conservative parents and rulers as possible, as many former Protestant Christians can attest, being under the rule of the Church can be a miserable existence, it’s not to say that moderate Muslims will abandon the religion entirely, it’s just they’ll take a more modern approach to it. In Canada I grew up with a lot of Iranians, I used to openly tell them they were some of the worst Muslims I’ve ever met, they’d drink, eat Pork, smoke, basically put their religion secondary to their lives of pleasure, I didn’t even know half of them were even Muslim until they told me.
I’ve met Pakistani, Muslims who behind closed doors don’t practice Islam, now, the truth is that many of them are still forced under their parents to practice conservative Islam and it’s scary to move away from something you grew up under, especially if there’s a Liberal Government in power giving your Conservative religious leaders more welfare and more power under Canadian law.
But, the cure for this is the cure for everything in Western Society, the free market. Trading and doing business outside of your comfort zone, meeting people from other backgrounds who are freer to speak their minds. INDIVIDUALISM, when allowed to flourish, destroys collectivism so much so that collectivist will resort to violence or need safe spaces.
If mommy and daddy shelter you from harmful words or tell you that nobody can speak badly about Allah and you grow up believing that words should be regulated by religious or government authority figures and you eventually find yourself challenged by a person who believes in the rights of INDIVIDUALS, your whole world flips upside down, it can destroy you and your ego, it can destroy your entire view of the world, this is why the modern-day Left, organizations like ANTIFA often have to resort to violence to get their collectivist ideology across. ANTIFA = Don’t you dare speak out about our collective ideology!
In their heads, Collectivists groups view freedom of speech and individualism as an attack on their collective society. The same thing happens in the middle east, south Asian and Africa and regions dominated by war and dictators. If you dare speak out against the authority figures or cultural norms you’ll be put to death! Maxime Bernier speaks out about this, protection for the individual, once people understand that Right-wingers like myself are fighting for your individuality and fighting against collectivism in all likelihood in less they’re possessed by demons, they’re going to join or at least listen to our fact-based arguments.
I’ll be voting for Maxime in 2019, but it’s unlikely he’ll win this coming election, I do however have him winning in 2023!
