Gender Advisors Causing Problems in Canadian Forces mission in Latvia – August 1, 2019,

I’m a blue-collar worker and my experience with certain types of blue-collar work is that most women simply can’t keep pace with the men. Most Women’s minds tend to work differently in chaotic situations, it’s not t say that in some instances a womans mind wouldn’t have a better solution than a mans mind, but in combat, when Canada along wth NATO is trying to send a message to Vladimir Putin, I’m not so sure Gender Advisors are a good idea for the Canadian Military. A little info on the Gender Advisors

Gender Advisors
The CAF has gender advisors working for the following leaders:

  1. Chief of the Defence Staff;
  2. Commander Canadian Joint Operations Command; and
  3. Commander Canadian Special Operations Command.

They advise these key leaders about gender and GBA+. This ensures that the CAF thinks about these aspects when planning, running, and assessing operations. The advisors also work with other CAF units to provide GBA+ training for CAF members. They also advise on using GBA+ when creating personnel policies and programs, and on fitting it into CAF procedures, doctrine and day-to-day life.

I guess sometimes I forget Justin Trudeaus’ Liberals won a majority Government, so I forget that his Liberal ideas are actual laws now. I remember reading the article below and brushing it off to the side, because all things Military isn’t my thing.

How the Canadian military’s gender advisers are ensuring female perspectives are part of peace process – TheGlobeandMail.com

Unfortunately, I was wrong I forget to combine the human element of a Nanny being in the Military? Imagine you put your life on the line and all of your actions were being monitored by 30+ trained gender advisers with the Canadian Forces? As a blue-collar worker, if my superiors ever decided to treat me like I was a child, talking down to me because of something they didn’t agree with, I’d seriously consider quitting or if I was new, I’d consider never joining.

So, to keep this short, the article I point to below uses politically correct language to explain what the Canadian military is going through in Lativa. The Globeandmail article did a better job explaining what Gender Advisors do, however the article below paints more of a real world view of the impact. The article below, really hit home for me, because you can see the Nanny State starting to play a serious role in the lives of soldiers and for me, that’s concerning.

Why Am I concerned about Canada’s Military? ell the article below was written in 2016

Job dissatisfaction and repeated moves across country causing Canadian soldiers to quit, report says.

Other reasons included the need for more pay and benefits as well as military personnel having issues with senior or unit level leadership
