White Flight and why immigrants typically Stay in Large Canadian Cities Like Toronto – August 29, 2019,
One of the hardest things to do is to run a major city, no to make my position regarding major cities clear from the onset, I want the reader to know, understand and comprehend that living in a major city is a PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT!. However, WHITE Liberals all over Canada made the decision of creating a huge Welfare State, being that Welfare benefits are typically concentrated to large cities, when newcomers come to any country they will typically go to the area in which they’ll likely have the most success.
How many times of you heard the story, the GTA needs to build more affordable housing? or the story that the GTA needs Government housing? Actually I should say I hear about it a lot because I live in Toronto, and it’s a common theme amongst the Big Government types here. Toronto has always had affordable housing, why housing isn’t affordable is because of Government intervention. If there’s a perception of what rental prices should be, a rental control law is passed and once this socialist rental control law is passed that often doesn’t allow landlords to be compensated by horrible tenants, few rental housing apartments are built or current rental housing units aren’t maintained the way they once were, making matters worse, the barrier to entry is elevated and therefore posted 0rental price go up and then the nail in the coffin, Landlords start doing in-depth research into an applicants CREDIT HISTORY!
Now, the credit history portion of rental units blocks out people who can afford to pay the rents, because if they have no credit history or bad credit history, they have to settle for less and of course this is one of the reasons that White Flight occurs. Let’s be frank, most people don’t want to live or raise a family near urban areas that are nearby Government Housing Projects. No person in their right mind wants to raise kids in the worst parts of the city when they’re working jobs trying to provide for their families. Being that we live in a society designed by Europeans, most White people understand this stuff intuitively, it’s Canadian culture, what’s not Canadian culture is Welfare for everything and Welfare for everyone.
A lot of immigrants have a hard time comprehending that humans who work for a living keep the city of Toronto together. If a person who turns down jobs because you believe a particular job is beneath you, the rest of society shouldn’t have to support your lifestyle. When most immigrants arrive in Toronto, many don’t speak English, taxpayer dollars are used to pay for this, now, via CMHC and the BoC doing what they can to prevent a market crash, as well as Liberal objectives to lower carbon emissions with regressive taxation on the private sector, the cost of living in Toronto is skyrocketing. Now, if there really is a climate change problem, Ontario shouldn’t be making the problem worse by having to pay human public sector workers to teach newly arrived immigrants basic skills that the average Torontonian should know instinctively.
The problem is so bad that Ontario is trying to find a way to get the immigrants to pursue their own version of white flight. But, what the government fails to realize is most White people namely, white males, don’t need the Government, they tolerate the government. On the other hand, a large portion of these newly arrived immigrants can’t survive in Canada without the government. I don’t like welfare, but white people when they’re allowed to speak freely will get on other white people who are abusing the welfare system. If a white person treats an immigrant equally and even dares to bring up an immigrants over-consumption of welfare services, that white man or white woman will be labeled a RACIST!
White Flight happens white people typically don’t want to deal with the hassles that come along with living a multicultured society. The reality of the situation is that every racial or ethnic group has its own form “white flight” in their home countries. What separates White Flight from other cultures is that with countries like China or India, there are no negotiations if the Hindu’s don’t want Muslims taking over certain parts of their country their governments will listen or the people will institute their own laws and challenge their governments to do something about it. China, the Chinese Communist Party opposes Religion and therefore religious minorities in mainland China are persecuted.
In Canada, minority groups are the privileged and the majority are the oppressed. Welfare is NOT a RIGHT!, Taking working majorities taxes and using it to finance the lifestyles entitlement groups is not only immoral but also destructive economically. I’ve said it once I’ll say it again if you want economic leeches from scamming Canada’s social services, change the welfare laws. You’d see an immediate stop to the abuse and you’d also seem people self-deporting. Immigrants come to Canada and bring their families not because they’re fleeing hardships in their home country, many come here to take advantage of our social security programs. Canada’s social security programs are HUMAN dependent and the great people who helped build this country if replaced doesn’t guarantee that services will exist in the future.
Quality and standard of life is people dependent, Toronto and Canada, in general, is playing with fire and the problem is so bad, that thestar.com (A political left-leaning media outlet) was forced to write the article below.
