I set up an email marketing campaign with http://www.optinmarketinglists.com/ and they have yet to confirm reciept of the html files and the start of the campaign that was due to start today. My client is freaking out, nobody will answer the phone or emails. Are they a scam?
@Julie Based on your experience it sure sounds like a scam
We ran a campaign with http://www.optinmarketinglists.com/ last week. They were suppose to sart on Friday but didn’t start until Saturday – Thus far the CTR is 31 on a 300,000 mailing.
I emailed and also called to ask why the campaign started a day late – nobody ever responded just a canned response from email. I think they are set up to where it is all online and they don’t have to deal with people directly. Disappoointing at this point.
