Just a Quick Reminder That Bitcoin Is Useless: If Apple Pay Was allowed To Be a Decentralized Cryptocurrency it would Destroy Bitcoin and that’s only one company – April 28, 2021,
As many of us remember Facebook initially wanted its currency “Libra” to be a basket of political fiat currencies, well, because Facebook is the beneficiary of U.S government regulations that allowed social media to grow into the behemoth that it is today, the concept of “Libra” was quickly shut down, now if Mark Zuckerberg wanted to go rogue, he could have simply turned “Libra” into a cryptocurrency and challenged lawmakers to do something about it, which would have destroyed Bitcoin.
But Facebook similarly to Apple Pay didn’t bother challenging the central planners of the world because they already have profitable business models. Why this post revolves around Apple Pay is because Apple users which I am one of, are some of the most passionate users in the world, Apple users are emotionally invested in Apple.
I work with business people in mainland China, and many of them love Apple, I say this because Apple has the infrastructure to challenge the fiat monetary system, of course, they won’t… but I say this because Bitcoins value revolves around its ability to currently elude regulators because regulators have to go after the individual users of Bitcoin as opposed to Bitcoin itself, Bitcoin has no central command or legal entity that can be sued.
I write this because the Blockchain is not necessarily a superior technological, it’s a very good technology, but as it relates to bitcoin, its value is the result of centralized egalitarians not having the ability to stop or control it.
Egalitarians as an example can’t stop terrorists, which is why egalitarian nations which usually end up socialist or communists have so much misery and poverty, because once SOME people come to the realization that their egalitarian government has turned them into serfs and slaves, a lot of people prefer the life of terrorism also known as criminality.
Bitcoin is the first sign of what digital egalitarianism will do to the internet. Terrorism as an example is very easy to stop if freedom-loving people are able to protect their private property. When the settlers came to the Americas the inhabitants who didn’t believe in the concept of private property waged a war of terrorism on the settlers.
The only reason the settlers won that war of terrorism against the indigenous was because of their ability and right to protect their private property. If the settlers were burdened with government regulations, the indigenous inhabitants would have done to the settlers what they had been doing to other invaders which were to wipe their race out entirely or make them their own personal slaves.
I imagine Bitcoin as the first sign of what will happen if the government decides to over-regulate the internet. I see value in Bitcoin because of the government’s inevitable reaction to it. If Bitcoin threatens the fiat dollar supremacy it’s not like central banks can raise interest rates, because all of the current regulations in existence today equate to serious economic consequences for egalitarian politicians who are not only in hopelessly in debt and insolvent but have made even more future promises to voters that they can’t keep without fiat dollar supremacy.
Now, although austerity measures are a simple fix to big government tyranny, the reality is that austerity measures are demonized by people who love the Welfare State. For most people reading this, they’re not going to even comprehend the link between austerity measures and Bitcoin. But in order for a Bitcoin standard to be realized, there must be a fractional reserved component in which separate entities can create their own currencies backed by Bitcoins.
If this can’t happen, then Bitcoin is indeed worthless, and it should be considered a storer of value only as long as the current fiat dollar standard is viable. There are so many areas in which Bitcoin falls short, however…
For as long as central banks can’t raise interest rates and egalitarians are the leaders of the free world Bitcoin is the number resistance of tyranny in the modern digital age, so don’t be as so silly as to discredit it entirely or throw it under the bus! The war between good and evil is indeed life itself and life will forever be fluid!
Interesting times ahead!
