Is the Price of Bitcoin Being Manipulated? Ethereum now has more active addresses than bitcoin – July 2, 2021,
I don’t like cryptocurrencies as money, but you know what I do like non-fungible tokens even in its baby stages, I see massive potential for NFTs. To be honest, when I look at Bitcoin, it’s like looking at a dinosaur in comparison to the potential of the Ethereum network. Most of the people pushing Bitcoin are old, people like Max Kieser, Michael Saylor, and Kevin O’Leary(yuck), and personally I don’t even like listening to these people speak.
Michael Saylor and Max Kieser both sound like MLM salesmen and Kevin O’Leary brings that old crusty corporatists tone into Bitcoin. Ethereum, on the other hand, is far more flexible than Bitcoin, I personally imagine Ethereum the way I imagine a department store or a digital mall, it’s not necessarily reliant on price appreciation, it’s building a market within a market.
I know first hand that the price of Bitcoin is being manipulated, there’s an existing oligarchy that exists in Bitcoin to stop the price from falling, I’m not sure how long this will work, but it’s working now, it’s actually quite pathetic when you’re able to see it up close. But his manipulation doesn’t mean that the price of Bitcoin can’t go up from here, I most certainly believe it can, it’s just that eventually people are going to come to the realization that there’s little real-world value in Bitcoin.
and because there are people who are protecting it from falling it’s actually going to serve as a hinderance to its growth, which again in my opinion is pretty pathetic. Not sure how long more people are going to catch wind of what’s going on with Bitcoin, but all I will say is it’s really pathetic and the truth will come out eventually. It will be interesting to see what happens with Bitcoin Cash, which because it’s considered an altcoin isn’t being taken seriously, which I thought it should.
I personally think Ethereum is headed in the right direction, I don’t like it as a currency, but Amazon gift cards have value, I can sell Amazon gift cards some of which I get for free outside of Amazon because the Amazon network offers a lot of value that could produce a constant stream of CASH FLOW for any individual.
