Just in case you were wondering why jobs are leaving America: Tesla ordered to pay over $130 million to ONE Black former worker over racism – September 5, 2021,

I’ll be waiting to read the full details of this case, but I assume there must have been neo nazis and KKK members at Tesla harassing and using violence against this individual and potentially this individual has physical injuries that will damage than for life in order for this one individual to score $130 million dollars in damages.

 

That is such a huge number and I suspect that because this happened in San Francisco that the jury wanted to screw over Tesla for leaving California for Texas. Or maybe I’m wrong, I have no clue what really happened, but wow, $130 million dollars, for racism, wow! Anyway, if you wonder why businesses leave America, this could be one of the reasons why.

Litigation is a cost all business owners must consider when getting into business, and because governments have racial and ethnic quotas, businesses must adhere to, these are sorts of things that can happen. If the plaintiff under the law qualifies for that sum of cash based on California law, then that’s a potential cost all businesses must consider prior to building a business in California.

In my early stages of business, for the life of me, I did not understand why some small businesses did not want to grow, as you get older and read stories like the one below, you start to realize why you’ll see odd behavior by some business people. If Tesla has to pay all of that money, think about all the other productive uses that $130 million could have gone to. WOW!
