The world, for the most part, has voted for Progressive politicians in 2021, whether it’s America, Canada or Australia there are a lot of Progressive ideas dictating economic policy, and the favorite tools of progressives are raising taxes and increasing regulations. In the modern era as per usual, the claim is that raise taxes on the rich to pay for reckless government spending and put more regulations on business for social and in this era climate justice.

From an economics standpoint, the more regulations you put on a business the harder is it to find people to hire. As an example, if I’m forced to wear a mask for 8 hours while I work, I’m going to think twice about working for that low-wage job. Social justice in this era also includes pointing cameras at staff members in hopes you’ll go viral, there’s a lot of Bullsh*t low-wage earners have to put up with especially as America and most Western nations dissolve into service sector economies.

But on the flip side to that equation is the effect climate justice hysteria has on energy prices, the cost to go to your job is up, because as an example gas prices are up, so now the money a person makes at their job might get cut in half because of the higher cost of living. It’s little things like this why many will argue that the Federal Government should stay out of the economy.

During normal stagflationary times, companies aren’t hiring, that’s not what’s happening today, today companies are hiring, but nobody wants to work or return to work because of the regulatory environment. Some will argue people aren’t willing to return to work because of the virus, but as we know the virus for unvaccinated people has almost a 99% recovery rate, what people can’t recover from is the narrative being pushed by the government and mainstream media outlets, which make it seem like the pandemic-virus is worst than it appears to be.

So although people are calling this economy stagflation, I disagree, this type of economy requires its own unique name, its own unique branding so that people can get to the bottom of what’s fueling the economic downturn. Because millions of businesses are hiring, the problem is most of these positions are going unfilled. I have my THEORY as to why jobs are going unfilled, but let the so-called experts answer those questions.

Economic Deflation shouldn’t be confused with price deflation, because we’re under a rule-by-fiat monetary system absent of a Gold standard, economic deflation will lead to price INFLATION because to combat economic deflation, the Federal Reserve and central banks of the world can create monetary conditions that can HIDE deflation, like central banks artificially lowering interest rates or the Federal Reserve buying “assets” the free market refuses to buy. These actions can HIDE deflation and actually cause price inflation. It’s my belief that this is why some people imagine what’s happening today as Stagflation.
