So there are things happening in America that most people are ignoring, but at times Joe Biden wants to take credit for. Most of the job growth occurring in the United States is coming from Florida, meaning that it wouldn’t surprise me in the least of this problem of shortages doesn’t accelerate in the United States.

When most people think of shortages, they think of shortages of stuff, when I think of shortages, I think of shortages of labor, because if people aren’t making the stuff, eventually the price of that stuff has to rise, once prices start to rise because there’s a lack of productivity in the economy, printing money or central banks providing bank liquidity, won’t solve the problem it will actually accelerate the problem.

So when it comes to vaccine mandates, private sector employees don’t want to be government enforcement, it’s hard enough being a private-sector employer without the government forcing you to their bidding, imagine what happens when the government starts making even more decisions for your business? Now obviously these federal government mandates for small businesses will mean changes in how they do business, maybe they stop hiring, maybe they raise prices because their costs have gone up, maybe the closedown, I’m not sure but this would signal changes in how they operate.

Regarding big businesses which are public, already have the information about their finances public, this is one of the reasons why hiring more IRS agents to harass wealthy people is stupid, because, most wealthy people pay professionals to do their taxes within the confines of the law. So for the most part, all this new law will do is cause more economic deflation on the economy and as I like to point out, fiat money hides economic deflation, by debasing the money supply and creating a wealth effect of inflationary prices, but shortages, are shortages, it doesn’t matter how much money you have if there’s a shortage of something your money will be worthless.

So although Joe Biden might imagine this vaccine mandate as a win, it may actually lead to economic losses!
