Senegalese Diplomat Oumou Kalsoum Sall Apparently Abused her Diplomatic Status, was arrested by Quebec police and owed her former landlord more than $45,000CAD (furniture is full of cockroaches) – August 10, 2022,
Diplomatic immunity for some individuals equates to that person being allowed to get away with MURDER if they want to. If you’re unaware, Diplomatic immunity is a form of legal immunity that ensures diplomats are given safe passage and are considered not susceptible to lawsuit or prosecution under the host country’s laws, although they may still be expelled.
Once I heard the name Diplomat, I said to myself, let all the information come out first before doing a post because some people abuse their Diplomatic privileges. Quebec’s rental board, in June of 2022, ordered Oumou Kalsoum Sall to pay a former landlord more than $45,000 for damage to a furnished home she occupied from Nov. 1, 2018, to Oct. 31, 2020.

Once I read that, it was easier to understand what was going on, I’m not saying I know exactly what happened, but you know, whenever Chrystia Freeland announces police brutality without knowing the facts, like the government is trying to get AHEAD of the story to avoid being scrutinized internationally, and they likely haven’t even read all of the facts.
Freeland condemns police brutality after altercation between police and Senegalese diplomat | nationalpost.com
“Any instance of brutality, of police brutality, towards anyone in our country, whether they are a Canadian or a visitor or a diplomat, is, of course, entirely unacceptable,” Freeland said.“That’s something our government is clear on. And I want to assure all Canadians and all diplomats who are here that we’re very, very clear on that.”
This story revolves around Oumou Kalsoum Sall being a DIPLOMAT because had she not been a Diplomat, anyone with a brain would have known there was likely more to this story than what was being parroted by the Media. Now, if you read the post pointed to in the prior paragraph, you’ll notice NO MENTION of the money owed, no mention of the property destroyed? instead, the Canadian media attempted to FRAME the entire story on the grounds of some innocent diplomat who happens to be Black and Muslim was minding their own business when a gang of Quebec Police thugs arrested her for no reason.

Not everyone follows the news cycle, so if you’ve made up your mind that Quebec police are racist white supremacists, the actual details of what really happened won’t matter. You have to remember that Chrystia Freeland already took a side, she made sure to get ahead of the story, and she likely will NOT retract her rush to judgment and apologize to Quebec police for doing their job.

Most Diplomats understand their immunity status and might resist arrest; this is why when I read the words DIPLOMAT, I want to know the details, because for some people, when they feel like they’re above the law, they will behave as such. This is why there’s a court of law, so we can know all of the facts, the court of public opinion is what it is, but I think it’s shameful when politician jumps to a conclusion before the facts come out.
Interesting times ahead!
