😳 Elizabeth Jean Carroll can’t even recall when her encounter with Donald Trump happened, yet she was awarded $5 million for sexual abuse and defamation (VERY SCARY TIMES) – May 9, 2023,

First and foremost, I’d argue that a lot of what Trump is experiencing he brought on himself, with his “Lock Her Up” chants towards Hilary Clinton, the Birther movement with Barack Obama, thoroughly embarrassing Jeb Bush with the whole “low energy” slogan, bashing the entire Bush family, destroying the political career of Mitt Romney, and the other people Donald Trump destroyed on his way to the presidency.

 

Donald Trump made so many enemies getting to the White House, and it’s pretty obvious at this point that they’re all out to get revenge. With that said, this case with Elizabeth Jean Carroll is embarrassing for the U.S. justice system. A lot of the recent LEGAL attacks against Donald Trump, I think are making him stronger, UNFORTUNATELY.

I will admit I was a fan of Donald Trump when I thought he would drain the swamp. Unfortunately, Trump’s goal was to be the leader of the Swamp, although Trump cut some regulations and was a good leader, he had no real intention in shrinking government, Austerity was not on the agenda with Doanld Trump and that’s part of the reason why his enemies have so much resources to attack him with.

I had assumed it would have been common sense for Trump to FIRE individuals who were part of the swamp, he didn’t that, n fact the orignial Trump adminsitration was filled to the brim with SWAMP creatures, some of which Trump did fire, who are now leading the charge to destroy him.

For the record Trump was charged was considered liable for battery and defamation and Carroll was awarded $5 million. I think the smile on E. Jean Carroll’s face says it all. It’s not normal for RAPE victims to smile after a court case, if you were raped, money is usually not enough to make you smile.

Her smile to me looks like a person who got away with commiting a crime, but that’s only speculation on my part. yes, it’s true that Judge Lewis Kaplan was appointed by Bill Clinton. Judge Kaplan, currently 78 years old, was named to the federal bench in 1994 by President Bill Clinton.

For myself why the case is bogus is what the charged Trump with and if I were Trump in this situation, this is where I’d start suing anyone referring to me as a rapist, because they couldn’t even charge Trump with rape, they charged him with sexual abuse and defamation.

The goal in my opinion was obviously to charge Trump with defamation, which was a stretch in this case becasue the story told by Elizabeth Jean Carroll was very sketchy. When you convict someone it’s supposed to be without a shadow of a doubt, well I recommmend you read about this case for yourself, to see why defamation in this case was a stretch.

All that said, this post is not so much about Donald Trump, it’s more about showing the corruption in this U.S. judicial system. That’s what should be scaring people, becasue if they can do this to Trump because they don’t like him, imagine what they can do to you?

Imagine what the governemnt has already done to innocent people? Many of us became sypathetic to Black People manily becasue a lot of white people experienced injustice at the hands of the U.S. governemnt.

Black Amricans had been complaining for years about being wrongly convicted of crimes, ofcourse when something doesn’t happen to you, why should care, right? But in the case of Trump, we’re all witnessing injustice right in front of us.

Trump will obviously appeal, but this entire legal process is EXTREMELY expensive and the average person would not be able to defned themselves in the manner Trump can. So watching this is scary, and I’m genuinely not sure how I shoudl feel about it.

I lean back to my Christian morals, however, all over the world there still are Christians being wrongly convicted, but observing al of this really makes me wonder, what can be done to stop these oligharchs.

I’m not even sure if Trump becomes President again if he’ll drain the swamp, although the goal poltiicaly for the Democrats and the Swamp is to destroy Trump, so he can’t win the election, this may actually help Trump as this is clearly a miscarriage of justice.

But again, I worry for the common man when I see this happening, it makes me wonder how many innocent people are behind bars and if the complacency with Joe Biden destroying the United States has to do with prior IMMORAL actions of Americans, turing a blind eye to prior injustices.
