Are The NDP Officially Trying To Overtake The Liberals and Become the Main Opposition Party To The Liberals – NDP will back Conservative motion to exempt carbon tax from all home heating – October 3, 2023
The poll numbers are showing that Justin Trudeau is on his way. Anything can happen between now and 2025, however in this moment in time, Justin Trudeau’s marriage is in a transition phase, and how Canadians imagine him as Prime Minister is changing as the Prime Minister who lost the POPULAR vote in the last two elections sees his popularity plummet
Personally, I don’t see Justin Trudeau’s social policies as the reason he’s dropping in the polls, although he makes my skin crawl and although I see him as a frat boy turned Prime minister, a large chunk of Canadians appear to believe in the climate change scam and imagine that the GOVERNMENT should do something about it.
Below is the Trudeau popularity tracker by Angus Reid; if the data does not show up below, you can click the link provided or search for “Trudeau popularity in Google”.

The SOCIAL component to the Environmental, Social, and Governance(ESG) corporatism fraud, still has mass appeal in Canada, to the point that even the Conservative Leader of the Official Opposition of Canada has to have some sort of environmental and social governance strategy blended into his political campaign.
It’s actually Pierre Poilievre’s ESG agenda that’s taking away votes from Justin Trudeau, as Pierre Poilievre is pushing an economically feasible ESG agenda, which doesn’t include GROWING the size government with a Carbon tax to achieve his more moderate SOCIALIST goals.
As a supporter of the People’s Party of Canada, I can already see the problems Pierre Poilievre will have when he becomes Prime Minister as the Left Wing voters he’s attracted will expect an immediate reversal to all the economic destruction caused by Justin Trudeau and his Gender balanced Cabinet.

As I like to remind readers, PRICE controls equate to eventual austerity, and how does a politician eliminate price controls without causing chaos? because you’ll have to remember that price deflation is not an immediate guarantee when austerity is implemented; it takes some time, and it’s one of the reasons folks like myself admire the former Governor of Puerto Rico Luis Fortuño.
Based on what I’m hearing coming from Pierre Poilievre, he’s going to do what many Conservative Prime Ministers before him did, which is be a better manager of a socialist economy, so the expectation is that as prime minister, we won’t see lower prices. Instead, we’ll see inflation TAMED.
In regards to the NDP, I am assuming that Jagmeet Singh will likely be replaced by someone more competent, as Jagmeet Singh is basically Justin Trudeau Jr. and it will take at east a decade from the date Justin Trudeau LOSES for anyone to take Jagmeet seriously, as Jagmeet can LEGITIMATELY be blamed for all the economic damage to the Canadian as his NDP Party propped up a very UNPOPULAR Prime Minister.
My hope for some time now, has been for the People’s Party of Canada to take votes away from the NDP, as a lot of NDP voters, for the most part, join the NDP for ECONOMIC reasons.
The NDP is supposed to be for the WORKING Women and Men, the Liberals dating back to Pierre Trudeau were viewed as the Champagne Socialist Party, which by the way is appealing to a lot o people because most people like EASY answers to economic problems.
The NDP, is more “in your face”, with their socialist agendas, whereas the Liberals have more of a “Trust us, we know what we’re doing” socialist style of politics. Justin Trudeau is now being viewed as an INCOMPETENT because his economy is a DISASTER as via the NDP, he’s been able to rule his corrupt government with an iron fist.
Left-wingers, like most TYRANTS, respond to what they imagine as STRENGTH, for example, when Justin Trudeau stripped Canadians of their rights via the Emergencies Act a lot of Canadians saw this TYRANNY as strength.
Meaning that if Justin Trudeau, had any basic comprehension of how the economy should be run, he’d likely still have a commanding league in the polls. The problem the NDP has whenever they side AGAINST the Liberals is that they own this economy with the Liberals and therefore, I expect both Parties to fall together.
Majority — including two-in-five past Liberal voters — say Trudeau should step down | angusreid.org
The only thing important to me is seeing where the People’s Party of Canada, ends up in all of this. I would like to see the People’s Party of Canada, get at least 500,000 votes, especially if the evidence suggests that Pierre Poilievre beats Justin Trudeau easily.
When I read about this Heating oil scandal, and the NDP siding with the Conservatives, in my view, this is consistent with the NDP’s view that PRICE CONTROLS work. The NDP in practice, doesn’t appear to believe in MARKET pricing.
One of the funniest things for me to observe is the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia(ICBC), in which the NDP created an auto insurance monopoly that now has the most expensive auto insurance prices in Canada.

What’s worst is that BCers can’t opt out of ICBC as it employs a lot of people who otherwise would be JOBLESS. So when I see the NDP support the Conservatives, what I see is the NDP likely going the road of nationalizing as many fossil fuel companies as they can to permanently destroy the industry as a whole.
Price controls to me are regulations that operate similarly to nationalization, the difference being that the private sector manages the problem and the government manages the pricing. This might sound nice, but what happens when operating costs exceed profitability? Well, that’s how you create SHORTAGES of things.
This is why Justin Trudeau’s DEFICIT keeps expanding, and Justin Trudeau’s expansion of the money supply equates to Justin Trudeau expanding OPERATIONAL expenses as Justin Trudeau has hired a lot of NEW federal employees, many of whom are working from home, waiting to retire with a big fat pension.
The NDP has a very similar plan; their difference is that they will tax MORE than Justin Trudeau is taxing, and the NDP will regulate MORE industries in Canada and likely push for more AGGRESSIVE price controls.
Interesting times ahead!
