Video released by the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office shows how officials believe 10 inmates escaped from the Orleans Parish Justice Center in New Orleans. The escape was discovered during a routine head count around 8:30 a.m. on Friday. Three of the ten escaped inmates have been apprehended, while the remaining seven are still at large.
