Throughout history, women have played a vital role in shaping—and at times disrupting—civilizations. This is not inherently a criticism, but a reflection of the fact that women, like men, have collective aspirations and influence that must be understood and respected in the building of any society.
The concept of patriarchy, while often portrayed as oppressive, can also be interpreted as a system rooted in pragmatic structure. In its ideal form, it was never meant to dominate but to create order in a world where male strength—both physical and psychological—can easily be misused. As Christian men, we must acknowledge how manipulation, even within religious circles, can take root when men exploit women’s empathy or their unfamiliarity with male-dominated power dynamics.
A focused man—particularly one driven by ideology, such as Marxism—will often stop at nothing to achieve his goals. This tunnel vision, when unchecked, can wreak havoc across families, communities, and institutions. Spiritual warfare, from a Christian perspective, thrives in such chaos. The enemy’s strategy is to keep God’s people off balance—always reacting instead of building.
In my youth, tomboys were common. These young women didn’t just want to be like the boys; they wanted to compete with them. And many were willing to accept the consequences. At the same time, girls who felt overlooked or rejected for not fitting traditional roles often struggled to find belonging. Their experiences are real and deserve compassion.
Women, by nature, tend to be empathetic. They often support those they perceive as marginalized—an admirable trait that can sometimes be exploited. For example, when a biological male claims to “feel” like a woman, many women instinctively want to offer support and affirmation. This natural compassion, however, has led to significant challenges in women’s sports, where transgender athletes have, in some cases, displaced female competitors.
This issue has sparked global debate—not because of trans identity alone, but because of fairness, biology, and governance. In my view, the solution must be rooted in transparency and structure. If biological males are permitted to compete in women’s leagues, it should be explicitly stated in the governing contracts of those leagues. International governing bodies should be able to distinguish leagues based on such terms.
What makes this more complicated is that modern activism is no longer grassroots by default. The existence of paid protestors is well documented. While many people join demonstrations out of genuine belief, others are compensated for their participation. Activist networks often seek alliances with unlikely partners to increase influence—even if their core values do not align. Some have speculated about the uncomfortable alliance between certain progressive groups and individuals or cultures with problematic histories regarding women and children. These alliances raise serious moral and legal questions that are often ignored in public discourse.
As Christians, we must approach even the most difficult topics with clarity and love. Homosexuality, like any sin, is not beyond redemption. Neither is violence, abuse, or deception. Anyone can repent and be restored. But love does not mean enabling or surrendering to ideologies that erode truth. While we are called to welcome the repentant, we are not called to submit to frameworks that violate God’s order—especially through policy, contract, or censorship.
Current Canadian laws, for example, grant minors increasing autonomy from their parents, often under the guise of gender rights or “progressive” freedom. These laws, in practice, can erode parental rights and leave children vulnerable. In response, I support educational alternatives—vouchers, homeschooling, and Christian institutions—because raising children in truth is more essential now than ever before.
We also must confront the economic and systemic forces that make families increasingly dependent on government. Inflation, taxation, and regulatory overreach are forms of soft tyranny that corrode liberty. When people are forced into dependence, censorship naturally follows. Progressivism, socialism, and big government often go hand in hand with speech suppression—creating a society where truth becomes dangerous and dissent is punished.
In Scripture, Satan is not depicted as a woman, but as a man—symbolizing cunning, ambition, and control. Women are often likened to sheep in the Bible, dependent on their shepherd. If that shepherd is the devil, the flock will be led astray. That’s why Christian men must act with both strength and humility, knowing how manipulative we can be, and how unprepared many women are to detect deception masked as compassion.
The rise of transgender athletes in women’s sports is a symptom of deeper confusion. As long as cultural ambiguity reigns and as long as tomboys and others are encouraged to blur biological lines, this issue will persist. The solution, again, lies in clear contractual terms. If a league allows non-biological women to compete, that should be transparent and binding. This brings clarity to fans, regulators, and athletes alike.
Unlike some conservatives, I do not believe in forcing anyone into the Kingdom of God. Christ gave us freedom—including the freedom to reject Him. I value choice. I made mistakes in life, and God allowed me to learn from them. I want others to have that same freedom to fail, reflect, and choose rightly.
Jesus was not a weak or passive figure. He was bold, wise, and resolute in His purpose. As Christians, we are called to build God’s Kingdom in the face of adversity. We must stand boldly against censorship and speak the truth—even if the world calls us fools for doing so.

- We do not fear lies. But we must speak the truth.
- We do not hate the lost. But we must lead them home.
