I’ve written about this scam before but this time people are being referred to this website through a whole new channel news24-online.com. First off i want to make this clear to anyone reading this that news24-online.com is nothing more than advertorial website. By that i mean it’s sole purpose is to get you to buy whatever it is selling in this case it’s promoting AcaiOptimum.com
Is AcaiOptimum.com a scam
Instead of me telling you what i feel and saying yes it’s a scam i will show you why it’s not worth your time or your money. the main thing i want you to pay attention to before handing over your credit card information is the terms and the conditions. On the AcaiOptimum.com website this can be found at the bottom of the page. I have taken the important parts of the terms and conditions and put it on this page you might want to check it out.

I saw this ad that was promoted by a reputable news person so I went to inquire about it. It said for the charge ONLY for shipping and handling of $1.19 (with the discount code) that it was free. Well after putting in the information to bill the shipping charges to, the message pops up saying you will be charged $99.96!! Icalled back immediatly to cancel the order, they gave me a cancelation number and told me my money would be refunded. When I checked later, it had not been refunded, so I called again and was told that I agreed to the terms and conditions, which I did not for $99.96, then they told me my order had been canceled so I was not even entitled to the rebate!!! After speaking to the supervisor they SAY they are going to give me HALF of my money back. I informed them I did not want their product and that all I want is my money back. So I will be filing a complant in as many locations as it takes to get crooks like these out of business. I just hope that these people are in the United States as they all had non-english accents!
All we can do is report these scam artists to authorities while I’m out over $200.00. I have cancelled this order but do not believe it yet. Meanwhile my bank is aware of this and I hope never to hear of this company again.

This scam has retaught me a valuable lesson. Always READ the terms and condition when purchasing anything online. And, most importantly, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. You can’t even contact their customer service now. They must be inundated with unhappy customers.
