According to The Angus Reid Institute, the majority of Canadians support The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) demands for better wage premiums and work-from-home rights – April 27, 2023,
Unlike most Liberty lovers, I deal with reality and voting patterns, and the voting patterns of Canadians is quite obvious. Even if Pierre Poilievre beats Justin Trudeau in the upcoming 2025 election, the evidence still suggests he will be fighting an uphill battle all the way.
By uphill battle, what I’m getting at is that most Canadians will DISAGREE with a Pierre Poilievre agenda and likely be much more critical of EVERYTHING he does in comparison to EXCUSING the overt corruption of Justin Trudeau.
I won’t be voting for Pierre Poilievre; I will likely be supporting Maxime Bernier and The People’s Party of Canada(PPC); in my world, the evidence suggests VOTE SPLITTING works, even from a business point of view, vote splitting works, because the PPC in my mind can reach audiences that the Conservative Party of Canada can not.
The Conservatives are attempting to capture the swing voter or the voter not loyal to any political party. Liberals appeal to that same type of voter, and the NDP has also been trying to take the votes of voters not loyal to any political party.
Where Canada is in trouble is the size of the GOVERNMENT workforce at every level as well as the GIANT evergrowing Welfare State in Canada, 100% DEPENDENT on a government paycheque to pay their bills. You also have to factor in PRIVATE business entities that are 100% reliant on government subsidies to finance their survival.
Recently Justin Trudeau’s cabinet announced that the federal government would be subsidizing $13 Billion for a Volkswagen battery plant, which should be an indication that the battery plant wouldn’t be economically viable without the subsidy.

The cost of doing business in Canada is extremely expensive, and it’s one of the reasons why the government has to subsidize this battery plant in hopes that these Batteries will be in demand globally in the future.
The private-public partnerships equate to more GOVERNMENT JOBS, after all this Battery plant is obviously regulated, and the PAID government workers or government-contracted workers will be in charge the enforcing those regulations, lithium batteries in case you’re unaware, are very EXPLOSIVE.
I do not think most people are looking at the dangers of lithium and how hard it is to recycle; Canadian taxpayers shouldn’t be financing this venture; it should actually be the other way around because there is a lot of risks associated with batteries and Canadian are already have a hard time recycling existing garbage let alone the toxins that this Volkswagen battery plant will leave.
Justin Trudeau’s cabinet has been doing a lot of malinvestments majority of Justin Trudeau’s spending plans have led to an increase in the deficit, meaning that to date, nothing Justin Trudeau has done has been cash flow positive for Canadian taxpayers.
Yet it appears every entity that leans politically left has been the beneficiary of larger government and more government spending. I assume mostof the people who take these polls are on welfare or are students or don’t understand how public servants are paid.
Quite frankly, many of the people who support PSAC probably don’t care because why would you care if you’re, let’s say, retired and the government is sending you a cheque every moth, or you’re a single mom and the government is sending you a cheque every month, or you’re working for government and the government is sending you a cheque every month, or you’re considered a visual minority, and you’re the recipient or hope to be the recipient of government subsidies, or maybe you’re a newly arrived Canadian who is grateful to the Leftists for bring you to Canada and giving you the right vote.

Like it or not, Canada is headed for an economic crisis, and in my opinion, it’s going to sneak up on us in the form of HIGHER COSTS and lower standards of living, but even when this happens, do not expect behaviors to change.
Many people like to talk about Argentina’s hyperinflation problems, but most people ignore is what causes hyperinflation. What separates Canada from Argentina is the FOREIGN EXCHANGE value of the Canadian dollar.
So unless the far leftists in this country do something extremely stupid, the INTERNATIONAL purchasing power of the Canadian dollar could remain solid moving forward, but similar to the overpriced DOMESTIC housing market, domestic PRICES in Canada are likely to continue rising AGGRESSIVELY.
The mere fact that most Canadians don’t see the correlation between giving PSAC employees demanding a pay raise and domestic price inflation is something that should NOT be ignored.
If PSAC continues to get positive support from Canadians, it’s likely that Justin Trudeau will capitulate to their demands in exchange for votes, which for the most part, equates to HIGHER DOMESTIC prices for Canadians.
It’s equally interesting that Canadians can’t see the correlation between higher gas prices, food prices, energy prices in general, and Trudeau’s war on fossil fuels. Maybe Canadians can see it, but if they’re reliant on the government for a Government paycheque, maybe voters are considering it merely a cost of doing business.
Although this article may not accurately explain the Canadian voters, I think what I’m writing in this post is worthy of consideration because if this is the moral nature of the Canadian voter moving forward, history is quite clear as to where the Canadian economy is heading.
