Acquisitions.com Review Is It a Scam?
The price for Acquisitions when I originally wrote this post $3000USD and to keep this post short and straight to the point is not a scam and is legit, but there is a FREE and/or cheaper alternatives you may want to consider prior to joining Acquisitions. With equivalent or superior quality.
UPDATE**** Apparently I have fans of work, going so far as to duplicate and repost my works on other websites, sure w/e. But this is what we do here, we write and allow people the ability to decide what is the best solution for them when it comes to building OR buying a business.
One thing I’ve learned is that tumbler allows for the editing and republishing of somebody else’s work, why this is important? Because we do original work here, and don’t like to be falsely accused, and don’t need to duplicate anything from anyone. In the event, that someone else steals your work and posts it on Tumbler, print and save the post below and use it as your defense.

But being that certain individuals can’t outrank us in the search engines… and have to resort to dirty tricks… sure w/e we’ll rewrite an ORIGNAL post we already wrote to show how ORIGINAL our content is. To readers privileged enough to be reading this, people are trying to deceive you. I’ve been where many of you have been, it’s why I do what I do, I’m God-fearing, and would rather guide you in the right direction as opposed to parroting narratives, that tell you all the pros but ignore the cons!

If you’re a talented writer consider the Official Copywriting Guide it’s a lucrative way to earn a living and you won’t have to put yourself in dire straights trying just to get attention in the search engines.
We’re outranking people in Google who spend thousands of dollars on SEO, we outrank people because search engines REWARD original content. We have a specific style of writing here, and you can definitely tell the difference when a review comes from this site vs. another website. If you have the original version of this post, you’ll notice the consistency from top to bottom.
I’m very raw and uncut with my writings and business acquisitions are NOT something you should take lightly, I rewrote a portion of this post, and currently, as of July 2022, the WORLD via the stupidity of the Biden administration and its war on Fossil fuels is headed for a recession. If you’re confused as to why this happened, it’s due to the added COSTS of doing business, the Biden administration has straddled business owners with.
“Buy Then Build” by Walker Diebel.
Why is this important? Because if you’re acquiring a business in this climate, you should be aware of the ADDITIONAL costs your business might have in the middle of a shrinking economy. When people have fewer dollars to spend, because the ENERGY prices are higher, a business you buy, might have more overhead costs while your cash flow shrinks.
These current regulations on business, could be the new normal? These political “Progressives” and their minions do not understand a MARKET economy and how it works. Under former U.S President Franklin Delano Roosevelt(FDR) and his “New Deal” he prolonged the Great Depression, with his price-fixing (minimum wage, socialist security). Most people don’t know nor do they care about the inner workings of a market economy, as a potential business owner, you’d better care and be knowledgable about it, because DEBT is very important to acquiring a business, and business people go into debt with the sole intention of profiting from it in the future.
I bring this up because if you’re going to start buying businesses, understanding your market and market conditions is EXTREMELY important. Debt is no laughing matter, most people go BANKRUPT buying businesses. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.
Acquisitions.com Moran Pober and Dan Peña
Is Acquisitions.com a scam? Based on my reviews, Moran Pober and Acquisitions is not a scam, but I don’t recommend it, unless you’ve done two of the following things. Number 1 I highly recommend that you visit The Official Website of Dan Peña – The Trillion Dollar Man, why? because everything you need to know about buying an existing business can be found FOR FREE on Dan’s website. Just look for QLA E-BOOK, I left the link below, but if it doesn’t work just Google it.
QLA E-BOOK (THE TRILLION DOLLAR MAN 4TH EDITION) | danpena.co.uk
If you’re too lazy to read the QLA ebook, you probably don’t have what it takes to buy a business. After reading the QLA E-BOOK you want to get involved with ‘Acquisitions’ you’ll soon figure out that what Acquisitions.com is offering is coaching. The financing and understanding of cash flow and regulations are very important to running and operating a business.
If you’re a bleeding heart Liberal, a socialist Democrat, or one of those Bernie Sanders followers, you’ll learn very quickly how a Leftist politician via some new government regulation or a labour union can destroy your business in an instant. This is part of the reason why most top-tier businesspeople have to be so ruthless.
Democracy or a Big Government can ruin your business/asset overnight, therefore it’s imperative that you make as much money as you can when you can. If you understand the formula to acquiring a business, it really doesn’t matter when you buy it, what will matter is how you structure the deal and that’s the main reason why I would recommend you read Dan Peñas book before proceeding with Acquisitions.com, because just being honest, Moran Pober was putting me to sleep.
Acquiring a business and liability protection
In his sales presentation, he says the worst thing that could happen is y can own a seven-figure business, WRONG! The worst thing that could happen is you could get sued, this is part of the reason I recommend reading and familiarizing yourself with Dan Peña because there’s a method to his madness, and take it from someone who owns a few businesses, liability, liability, liability!
Liability protection and protection of your PERSONAL assets are what matters most, humans are demons and if you appear to be this successful success story, there will be humans who will use the laws of the land to destroy you LEGALLY!
If you subscribe to any racist or prejudiced belief, it will be the people you care about the most who might turn on you. This again is why some business people appear to be so ruthless, we see and experience everything, from everyone, including our own kids.
Close friends, and family members that I’ve helped, they’ve all tried to screw me over, it’s the reality for most business people and that’s why for me the Acquisitions.com sales pitch is a bit deceiving. With that said I’m not going to call it a scam, but I sure as hell am not going to recommend it.
With that said another book I recommend that you should consider reading if you’re going to build a business is “21 Stupid Things People Do When Trying to Buy a Business: Learn How to Avoid These Awful Novice Mistakes” by David Barnett and “Buy Then Build” by Walker Diebel.
Leaders are readers and if you’re too dumb to read a book from people who have been there and done that, you shouldn’t own a business.
A lot of people don’t read, don’t be one of these stupid people, leaders are readers, and reading helps you out tremendously. Don’t take a biased or opinionated approach to anything when you’re a business person. You accept the world for what it is and find a way to profit from it!
In closing no I don’t think Acquisitions.com is a scam, it’s coaching mainly, I won’t be recommending it, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t give it a try, I love owning businesses, I’m not built for the 9-5 lifestyle unless a bunch of leftist politicians ruins the world, I expect that more humans will work in the gig economy and/or become private contractors ultimately this favors business owners who think big.
I’m Not recommending Acquisitions.com join them at your own risk again the cost for it, from what I know is $3000.
If you’re hoping to build a business online, you’ll need to know sales copy, even big companies are coming online to get sales, owning a brick-and-mortar business comes with a lot of costs, a lot of debt, a lot of risks, plus you’ll have to spend a lot of time maintaining that business which often becomes your job if you’re built for that lifestyle, you’d be wise to consider becoming the online specialists’ large companies need the skills taught at ClickBank University.
