Armed with facts, Canada braces for another Trump tirade at NATO summit – June 27, 2018
Well, what I will say to Canadians is I hope it all works great for you. If you read the article below you’ll notice a theme that’s being pushed by a large majority of Canadian writers that are basing their arguments or their views of morality. Subjective morals vs. nature I tend to go with nature winning that battle. Below is a link to the CBC article I’m writing about in this post.
Living in Canada I must say that I’ve lived a privileged life, I’m also lucky enough to be surrounded by some pretty nice people for the most part, I like being around positive solution-oriented people, but every once in a while I like to get outside my comfort zone, take a stroll in the world of people whose minds are rooted in mean-spiritedness. Mean-spirited people are Liberal and Conservative, Democrat and Republican, religious and atheistic and when you’re around these types of people you get an understanding of how socialist laws come into being in the first place.
A lot of the people that are mean-spirited have us vs. them mentality, you must lose in order for me to win, which in the Christian world equates to an individual being possessed by the devil. If you’re a rich person it’s in your best interests especially if you have children to be a nice person, because eventually, your mean-spirited actions will lead to the creation of a Hitler, a Stalin, a Mao etc. These dictator types don’t just appear overnight they appear because there’s a public demand for them. We’ve been treated unfairly one group will shout and because we were treated unfairly everything as we know it needs to be changed. This type of thinking resonates and resonates and then eventually a Donald Trump figure will emerge.
Depending on your politics or your ideology, these Donald Trump figures tend to enact change very rapidly in a way most people aren’t ready for. These Donald Trump figures can be good and they can be bad, unfortunately, this is subjective based on the thinking of the individual. I welcome Donald Trump, I understand what his ideology is rooted in, that said there’s a downside to Donald Trump and that downside is let’s say Donald Trump didn’t think the way I wanted him too, let’s suppose I didn’t think economics was important, suppose I thought social issues were the most important and protecting government funded welfare programs were most important, based on my moral compass I might believe that anything I do, no matter how bad it is morally I’m justified, because I oppose Donald Trump.
As a socialist I’d tell myself, what I’m doing is for the greater good and by rejecting this Trump person whose views I don’t agree with, I will be doing a noble deed. What’s worse is I may excuse my internal problems, viewing myself as imperfect but imperfect with a purpose to do good for humanity. When I read about the actions being taken by Canadian politicians this is what I’m reading, as an example, Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan stated the following in regards to NATO asking its 29 members to spend the equivalent of two percent of their gross domestic product on defense. Harjit Sajjan says
“We’ve been too Canadian in how we calculate our two per cent compared to other nations,” Sajjan told CBC News in a recent interview.
“We’re always too modest. When I looked at the calculation, I looked at how some nations add certain things that we haven’t.”
Hey Canada, Doesn’t that sound like a fantastic moral argument?
This is I guess going to be one of Canada’s arguments against Trump? It’s odd. What I’m seeing is Trump actually doing the global economy a favor. If Trump fails to wake up the world up economically, this entire system as we know it is going down. Let me add before I make my next statement that I don’t subscribe to Leftist politics, but if I were Trudeau’s government, now would be a good time to do NOTHING! Now, would be a good time for Trudeau to take his family on vacation, talk about social justice issues and simply twiddle his thumbs until Trumps fair trade deals become an American nightmare.
Because the truth is a few years from now, America may regret this trade war, if… the world ever realizes how stupid tariffs are in the first place. That said the immediate effects on Canada and the rest of the world are going to hurt. I’m actually eager to see what’s going to happen in Canada after July 1, 2018. I’m kind of excited actually. My personal prediction is the Canadian economy is going to collapse if Trudeau’s Liberals keep with their tariffs. I also predict that Trump will stall with all of this, I think Canada may not be talked about by the Trump administration as much anymore.
I think Canada will be yesterdays American news a few weeks after this trade war hits. What I predict is Nice guy Canada will feel like they got dumped by their really hot, mean U.S girlfriend. Canada will act like he did everything the right way, but the mean really hot, attractive, high demand American woman will be gone and not interested in taking his Canadian calls anymore. The Nice guy Canadian male will then have to convince himself that he should call Ms. America.
I’ll be the bigger person, he’ll convince himself, she needs me as much as I need her Nice guy Canada will tell himself. Which will turn into we need each other and then Nice guy Canada will secretly beg te mean American girl to take him back, not in public, of course, he’ll do it secretly so publically he’ll be able to keep his dignity, I should say also that I’m writing this anticipating Trudeau will win another term. This is how I see this trade war unfolding. However, I don’t mind being wrong, because if I’m wrong it’s a signal to me that it’s time to prepare for the economic global collapse.
I think before any storm, God sends us messengers. Trump could be a Noah warning us of what’s coming, preparing us for the future. Things don’t always happen the way we think they should happen, we’ve all heard the economic puritans like Ron Paul and his Libertarian economic views. When challenged by Ron Paul what did the American voter do? They simply ignored him. He spooked people on the right he spooked those on the left, he was too pure for them.
Trump, on the other hand, hitched his Wagon(s) and his brand onto the forgotten entitled voices of America that felt they had something to fight for. Trump spoke to the forgotten and because of the socialist world will live in today was able to use them as a way to possibly change the way we do economics. This is where destiny takes over, these are historic times we’re living in. What happens after July 1, 2018, will be a precedent for NAFTA.
People can be enlightened by words but it’s often easier to wake people up by the economic reality. If the leftist somehow manage to win this economic battle, well folks Gold and silver like I’ve been saying for about a year now might be a great buy going forward, however if Trumpism wins well, a whole new school of thought is going to emerge in the next few years that will change the world as we know it forever.
