Our Jewish brothers and sisters are not our enemies. They are part of the family of faith, and we are indebted to them for preserving the Scriptures, the Law, and the prophetic tradition that led to Christ. But we must not blur the lines between Judaism and Christianity. We are followers of Jesus Christ. The term “Judeo-Christian” must never become an excuse to water down the Gospel or to ignore the Lordship of Christ in all things. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” – Galatians 3:28
