Avoiding Heavily Regulated Industries In Canada: Why I agree with Ontario’s decision against Jordan Peterson, which upholds social media training order – August 24, 2023
Let’s say I love black people, but I’d never marry or date a black person. Am I racist? Well, some would argue YES, I am, because why would I say something so DIVISIVE thing. Haven’t I considered the FEELINGS of Black people who have been through generations of slavery and ridicule by their former slave masters? Why should I pour salt on their wounds with my MEAN SPIRTED words?
Personally, I don’t consider myself a racist, and I’m often annoyed listening to racists who sound ENTITLED to unearned benefits because of their skin color or lineage. But they did have a point when Western governments all over the world began SILENCING them.
In case you forget CLASSICAL LIBERALS, atheists, the Jordan Peterson types still believe that some people’s opinions should be SILENCED, and now look what happened to him. Actually, I should say look at what can’t happen to him because his talent created a GLOBAL demand for his services. This makes Ontario and its tiny court a free marketing tool for Jordan Peterson to show the WORLD what’s wrong with Western society.
But sorry, Jordan Peterson, some of us have been dealing with this nonsense for decades. As an example, I’ve been using Paypal for a long time, and Paypal dating back to the 1999s, was BANNING people and confiscating the money in their accounts WITHOUT a court order long before the emergency act usage by Trudeau during the Freedom Convoy protests.
So when Trudeau began freezing bank accounts, I assume that the organizers would have known that this would be done ahead of time. I was completely wrong for thinking this, but I assume this because I had experienced it decades prior, the difference being that people like myself had nobody to run to when our accounts got frozen.
You see, most of us already know how INEFFICIENT the government is; most of us have already built our lives to be prepared for the worst because we’ve already seen glimpses of it. We speak up, but nobody listens, and why should anyone listen? They have their own lives to live.
Canada has a common law legal system based on precedence, and if the provincial or Federal courts imagine Jordan Peterson as a threat to their power, they can base their ruling on whatever they feel like.
Yes, common law and civil law coexist, but it’s because of Quebec’s threats to secede, which as I like to point is a very effective political tool. I do think Canada’s Bijural State is sort of an achievement in a sense, but any LAW revolves around the individuals who preside over or enforce it.

In all seriousness, welcome to the club Jordan lol. Many of us have given up on the political process a long time ago, because how people learn and what they’re taught shapes their worldview, and it’s not to say we’ve given up, far from it, when you’re a freedom fighter, you’re a freedom fighter for life, however, avoiding heavily regulated industries is what most of us have chosen to do.
The more industrious amongst us, look for countries, sometimes communist countries, that will embrace our technologies and innovations; globalism for many of us is without borders. Canada has a brain-drain problem because of EXISTING regulations; once you reach a certain IQ, you will inevitably outgrow Canada, as you’ll see problems long before they start.
With Jordan Peterson, he’s actually outgrown Canada, for A lot of Canadians they’re very SENSITIVE and insecure about themselves, as they’ve been taught to believe that they know everything there is to know, which is why brashness usually doesn’t bode well in Canada, where people like to have a bland existence.
Everything is relative to everything else, and if a person leaves Canada for the United States, they’ll FEEL the difference in energy; Americans are typically more entrepreneurial, why? Because, Unlike Canadian regulations that suppressed freedom of speech long ago, freedom of speech and expression still exists in many parts of America now A lot of people won’t promote themselves on social media, but the freedom to express oneself without the heavy hand of government creates a different type of people.
Yes, some ideas that we thought were relics of the past need to be revisited, but according to Canadian law, those ideas won’t be revisited in Canada. Again this leads to the BRAINDRAIN because once intelligent people with skills in high demand GLOBALLY recognize the Canadian system of governance, they’ll either leave or limit their exposure to Canada’s heavy-handed government.

Oddly enough Jordan Peterson already left or has the ability to leave, but if he’s to fight, he’d better be sure he knows what he’s fighting for because the only decisive victory classical Liberals have ever had was the separation of church and State, which was a very important victory because DECENTRALIZATION from any large organization appears to offer the most value to freedom, liberty-loving people.
