Let’s be clear — Islam, for example, through the Qur’an, also contains strict prohibitions against homosexuality. Yet it’s Christianity that keeps getting singled out.
Many leftists and Islamists alike share hostility toward Christianity and the State of Israel. It’s not surprising then that figures like Mark Carney have openly stated he would arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he ever set foot in Canada. Marc Miller’s remarks fit neatly into that same ideological framework.
And for the record, anyone can claim to be Christian. It doesn’t mean they follow Christ or believe in the Bible. A person might call themselves Christian simply to win elections, collect a pension, and issue orders. “Hey, I’m a Christian — now watch me censor you to the point of arrest if you quote your own Holy Book.”
This censorship could easily extend to your home, your social-media posts, or any public or private setting the government deems “inappropriate.” Meanwhile, when criminals favored by the establishment are arrested and released, bureaucrats insist on studying whether anyone’s “rights” were violated.

This debate isn’t really about homosexuality. It’s about censorship laws. If someone breaks a law, they should face justice. But Marc Miller wants to shape the law around political ideology — more like what you’d see in North Korea than in a free democracy.
