C-69 guarantees that there will be no more big pipeline projects in Canada – June 21, 2019,
The upcoming election is extremely important, I genuinely don’t think Canadians understand how important the 2019 election will be. First thing I want to make clear and that the thing is if Justin Trudeau is re-elected in 2019, the Albertan succession movement will become a real topic in Alberta during his entire second term. The second thing I want to make clear is if Andrew Scheer wins, it’s not going to be all sunshine and roses for him either, Scheer cannot be the Second coming of Stephen Harper, if Andrew Scheer does what Harper did, there will be renewed call for Maxime Bernier style change and this for me is where things will get interesting.
Regarding Trudeau, next to an alpha personally it’s clear to see why China calls Justin Trudeau “The little Potato”, I think Trudeau’s meeting with Donald Trump was a clear sign of why NAFTA negotiations went the way they did, where Canada was given a deadline to renegotiate the NAFTA trade deal. Clearly, Justin Trudeau is intimidated by Donald Trump, Trudeau was Canada’s embarrassment AGAIN! This time it was clearly evident.
Now obviously I lean more to Free enterprise politicians, but at the very least if you’re a socialist politician stand up to the people you disagree with. Do you mean to tell me that if Donald Trump was the Hitler Leftist claim him to be, this is the way Justin Trudeau would approach him? Trudeau was clearly uncomfortable and clearly, out of his league, love him or hate Donald Trump is a hard working person, if you’ve never been around a hard working person before, I’ll give you a preview of how they act. Hard working people don’t have time for nonsense when you’re around a person that’s maximizing their energy, they have a presence that will leave you at ease if you don’t possess a similar alpha gene.
It takes heart to work hard because as most people know, most humans prefer to slack off, slacking off or being a slacker is common, presence comes from hard work when a hard-working person sits or stands next to a slacker and camera’s are given the chance to observe the two, the truth can no longer be hidden. Justin Trudeau as far economics and war are concerned is “The little Potato” whereas this is Donald Trump’s wheelhouse. Social Justice is supposed to be Justin Trudeau’s strength, however, he doesn’t have any conviction on the issue, the SNC Lavin debacle where Justin repeatedly referred to Jody Wilson-Raybould was reversed on him.
If you watch the interview, Donald Trump referred to Trudeau as “Justin”, the U.S President said this with conviction in his voice, because as everyone knows, Justin the feminist was clearly trying to make Jody Wilson-Raybould feel small when she went to the media with her grievance that wasn’t being addressed by Trudeau’s cabinet. This move by Trump alone but Justin on the defense and didn’t allow Justin to change the narrative, because he knew what would happen if he tried to play the moral high ground card, making matters worse was that the remainder of the questions revolved War and economics, topics that require careful thought and an understanding of all sides of the argument. Obviously Justin Trudeau knows little about war, and clearly, economics isn’t Justin’s strong point, thus Twitter basically turned Justin into a mem
Albertan Succession if Trudeau is reelected
I brought up the above because again I want to reiterate that the assumption by most Canadians is that Justin Trudeau will lose in the coming 2019 election and will go down in history as Canada’s worse politician and potentially the individual that killed the Liberal brand. As I’ve been saying for months now, the to political Parties I see becoming more of a force is the Green Party on the People’s Party of Canada. The NDP is even losing ground in their stronghold of British Columbia, I’ve said this many times that my belief is regressive taxation is the killer of economies, regressive taxation creates poverty and creates problems that wouldn’t exist otherwise.
In every U.S State where regressive taxes are levied on the citizens to the extreme degree, you find a lot of discontentment amongst the people, as the cost of living raises the reality of democratic socialism starts to set in. In Canada, Alberta felt it and even B.C is feeling it now too. To the ear higher taxes sound appealing to individuals, however, put into practice regressive taxes like the carbon tax, for example, can destroy an entire country, because the reality is when will paying carbon taxes ever end? The answer is never, the powers that be want to be able to pull that carbon tax lever anytime they want and this, of course, will equate to foreign entities having the power to fully control Canada’s energy economy, this, of course, doesn’t bode well for Alberta and one of the major reasons Bill C-69 is so damaging is that future investment to the oil patch will be viewed as extremely risky and volatile. Investors don’t want to be demonized, so obviously C-69 is going to be extremely damaging to the Albertan economy.
Making matter worse for the public sector and believers of Equalization payments is that the Canadian economy if Trudeau gets reelected will be in complete and utter shambles, I keep saying, Canada better hope and pray that America doesn’t go into recession. Trump has been asking the U.S Federal Reserve to lower interest rates for a couple of years now, finally, it appears that Jerome Powell is listening and the markets are reacting. This is extremely bad for the Canadian economy which does most of its trade with the United States.
Justin is running a deficit, I still don’t understand why people keep claiming that the Canadian economy is booming with all of these jobs? The Canadian government is debt, Canadian business is in debt and the Canadian consumer is in debt, inflation is rampant and there are two very bad scenarios facing the Canadian economy. the first one being an interest rate hike equates to more money being spent servicing debt, the BoC lowering interest rates will lead to price inflation and if the Loonie(The Canadian Dollar) is delinked from being a Petro-Dollar hyper-inflation could set in and because Canada’s public sector is so expensive to manage, this could cause a bunch of problems at the wrong time.
Look where the Canadian dollar is? It went up 1 cent since news broke that Powell is signally a rate cut in the near future? It still costs Canadians about $1.25 Canadian to purchase $1 USD, I want to remind the readers, that in Canada according to most metrics has a better standard of living than Americans have, so why again is our currency valued less than America? The British Pound and the Euro are valued higher than the Greenback and at least with Japan and China they do a lot of manufacturing and hold a lot of U.S debt which justifies their devalued currencies. Canada, on the other hand, we border with the U.S, apparently, we have a better system of governance than the U.S, yet, we have a currency that isn’t reflective of this, why? Could it be that we’re currency manipulators who are using our devalued currency to pay for our public services?
So I ask you a very serious question, based on Trump cutting regulations, lowering taxes and implementing similar protectionist measures for the United States that already exist in Canada, what do you think will happen to the Canadian economy, if the U.S experiences a recession? Imagine if the Loonie is forced to rise in value, imagine if interest rates in Canada get cut, even more, imagine if wages remain stagnant because again people forget, most of the high wage paying jobs come from Alberta, what do you think will happen to the Canadian economy?
I like to point out to Canadians, that wages haven’t been stagnant what happened is that the cost of living went up, because our government got bigger. Government people which include Crown Corporations don’t work for free. CMHC a major contributor to the Federal Government has helped to grow the government, which similar to the housing market forces prices up as more people now qualify for a mortgage or qualify for being on the government dole. Now, when this government inventions, like Carbon taxes and mortgage insurance, are created and the oil and gas industry that helped to prop them up is destroyed by Bil C-69 don’t be surprised if the Canadian economy collapses!
