Canada asks the world to stop sending mail – Come on, Canada we need more options – November 17, 2018,

According to the foreign and domestic news articles below, Canada Post has asked the world to stop sending them mail. LMAO! Come on, Canada?, This is ridiculous, now I’d understand if Canada Post workers were making minimum wages with no benefits whatsoever but really? Is this where we are now? $19 per hour with a pension that will require a taxpayer bailout in the future? Most self-employed people don’t get paid overtime, but CUPW says it’s still not enough huh? Apparently, in Canada, we force people to do GOVERNMENT, public sector jobs. Well, have it your way Canada Post, behold you have the worlds attention now.

This news made it to Malaysia(LoL) So umm, yea, this is not a good thing for Canada Post it’s not even a good thing for our social justice prime minister Justin Trudeau, Canada Post is making him look very bad on the international stage and well, Privatization might become a reality, even in the Leftist playbook.

I’ve said it before there are certain portions of Canada Post that don’t require protection and well, now Canada Post has made themselves an international problem, well all power to them I say.

I think CUPW is digging its own grave but hey, let’s see how this all unfolds. Personally, I’d rather deal with the discomfort now, I actually wish Justin Trudeau wasn’t prime minister if say I was prime minister what I would do is meet with the professionals and find out what portion of Canada Post is essential to Canadians and what portion would be better served by the private sector.

I wouldn’t intervene in the strike but what I would do is strip the sections I believed the private sector could better deal with of their Crown Corporation status, shrink the size of Canada Post’s PUBLIC workforce and allow CUPW workers to continue their strike while more competent private companies bid to deliver federal mail that is currently sitting idle.

Again I wouldn’t eliminate Canada Post, but there are some things the public sector can do and there are things it’s not designed to do. The Public Sector is not supposed to be a purely profit-driven business. In case you’re all wondering this is why I’m against Public Sector Unions.

As Prime minister, I’d be honest with the Canadian public and tell them that this transitional period would be difficult, but we’re doing our best to prevent this problem from ever happening again.

I think all employees have a right to strike, however, I’m against public sector workers striking. I think if a public sector worker strikes they should become a private sector. I think if a public sector employee is not happy with their working conditions they should Quit and/or Boycott that public service. They should also bring their grievances to the people they serve to judge. Instead what Canadians here is CUPW speaking on behalf of Canda Post workers. Unions are special interest groups, CUPW is there primarily for the benefit of the workers, meaning the Canadian Public Canada Post serves takes a backseat to CUPW’s demands. Do you see the conflict of interest?

GM workers, Walmart workers, McDonald’s workers, Loblaws workers they can all strike, I have no problem with them striking, they’re in the Private sector, however when you work for the public, I disagree with striking, Police can’t strike, nurses and doctors can’t strike to this capacity (although if they did, I don’t know who could stop them) and other public sector workers can’t strike. What makes Canada Post so special?

Shrink their size, strip most of it of its crown corporation status, make it majority private, allow carrier services in Canada to finally be competitive and let’s see what happens.

Interesting times ahead
