Canada ratifies Pacific Rim trade deal – Another destructive Multilateral Trade Deal, Bilateral Trade Deals Are Much Better – October 26, 2018,

Do you want to know what leads to corporatism? Multilateral trade deals. One of the reasons why the Conservatives lost favor with Canadian voters which lead to Jean Chretien’s Liberals dominating the 1990’s was because of Brian Mulroney who along with One term President U.S. President George H. W. Bush who signed NAFTA a Trilaterial trade deal with Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Let me lay out the proper context for NAFTA and how Brian Mulroney was compromised. Pierre Trudeau changed the political, cultural and socio-economic landscape in Canada, because of Pierre Trudeau’s socialist views and his uncanny ability to formulate an argument under the most pressurized environments Canada had become a predominantly left-leaning country, so much so that the Conservatives felt compelled to make leftism part of their political platform. This, of course, is what led to the Reform party. During this period of time figures like U.S. President George H. W. Bush was talking about a new world order which combined socialism and capitalism which in actuality is corporatism.

During the late 1980’s and early 1990’s people knew what fascism was, people knew that fascism was national socialism which is why back then the solution governments came up with was to keep the socialism intact but add the corporatists so they could distance themselves from Nationalised hate groups. New World Order or a rainbow economic utopia was the smartest way forward they thought and they were able to push quite a few multilateral deals through the voting public.

The mere fact that there exists a European union today and Europeans see nothing wrong with it, is a sign how corporatist the world has become. The carbon tax as an example is a corporatist tax, charging people to breathe. With a corporate tax equates too is the understanding that newly developed countries will never be able to compete with developed countries unless they allow already developed corporations to operate, monitor and control their emissions. This equates to a stagnate economy globally and it will lead to unnecessary poverty in the future.

Canada ratifies Pacific Rim trade deal – The Canadians Press

So now that I’ve put the Pacific Rim trade deal in its proper context, let’s talk about why corporatism and protectionism are justifiable under these multilateral trade agreements. In Canada, it’s a known fact that special interest groups in Canada control are Prime Ministers, it’s also a well-known fact that because of our growing public sector in Canada that more and more employed workers in Canada are intentionally or unintentionally part of the special interest groups that are stripping our sovereignty away.

If you don’t understand barter and trade, you will not understand how signing a trade deal with several countries all with different cultures will create more problems than it solves. Now, in regards to the problems multilateral trade deals will solve well they benefit large corporations. Large corporations have deals in place with the government to allow certain products to flow into Canada tariff-free, while small and medium-sized businesses will not have the same luxury, this, of course, leads to a competitive advantage for large corporations and it’s what leads to economic monopolies.

So as an example in Ontario, I don’t know if Canadians realize this but the PC brand is everywhere, PC points are in multiple locations, Loblaws has strategically made itself a necessity to the government as far as prescription drugs go. Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws were direct competitors in this space, now the 2 are one entity and basically good luck competing with them if you’re a small or medium-sized business.

Because the options of Ontarians have been limited and health care in Canada is Universal Loblaws has put itself in a position whereby it’s in a position to be bailed out. Understand Canada that Loblaw Companies Limited is the largest Canadian food retailer and because of governmental laws, there’s little to no chance of any small or medium sized company realistically competing with them. In Capitalism, the problem is very different, the problem one faces in Capitalism is that there’s too much competition, which of course keeps prices down and quality high.

In a capitalistic environment, the mood of the people is very different, the energy of society is very different and the difference between children and adults is very different. In a corporatist environment, the corporatists have the ability to dumb down the public, in a capitalistic environment, this is not possible. Canadians often believe that they’re far smarter than Americans are until they get into a debate with an American free market sympathizer. A lot more Americans attend private schools than do Canadians, a lot more Americans understand the pros and cons to capitalism, socialism, and communism than do Canadians.

A lot more Americans can survive without government interference than can Canadians and American’s are more adept to managing economic collapses than are Canadians. Lastly, Americans are far more entrepreneurial than are Canadians which is why certain laws like the federal confiscation of Gun rights can’t be passed in the United States, neither can federal universal health care laws. Now the mere fact that a Universal health care law for all Americans can’t be passed sounds to a Canadian that Americans are stupid people.

Furthermore the fact that Americans still have the right to stockpile weapons without the government knowing is a scary thought to Canadians. Now on the surface, the fact that the Canadian government has been micro-managing the lives of Canadians sounds like a great idea, but as I’ve said in prior posts, it’s a great idea until an economic collapse occurs. Because the truth is most Canadians aren’t prepared for what’s coming and because they’re so used to be led and controlled, in the event the mirage is removed we’re going to be headed into some serious problems.

There should be an uproar that Canada is signing a Multilateral trade deal, but like I said Canadians aren’t as entrepreneurial as Americans are so they’re unable to see or comprehend how these trade deals will hallow out or private sector even more.

Canada’s steel mills are mostly foreign-owned and oriented toward large American clients, not smaller Canadian orders. – The CBC

I will end this post saying this, Donald Trump said that Canadian steel is a national security threat and most Canadian politicians and media personalities thought that was ridiculous, well recent news showed that most of Canada’s largest steelmakers are actually foreign-owned companies, this happened primarily because of NAFTA and other countries using Canada as mean to get into the U.S market, these foreign-owned companies also used this advantage to also disrupt and eventually destroy Canada’s domestically owned Steel market.

How were foreign-owned steel companies able to do this to Canada? Workers Unions!, understand that unions can be good and they can be destructive, if a union demands higher wages and foreign company exists that can import cheaper goods tariff-free well right there you have yourself a serious problem and this problem has become so large in Canada that domestic steelmakers in Canada can’t even fulfill the steel and aluminum needs of Canada, thus putting Canada in a position of steel dependence which of course forces the Canadian government to find a way to lower tariffs.

You all know that one of the reasons I can’t call myself a Libertarian is because I’m pro-tariffs. I believe tariffs and bilateral trade deals are the only way to go to protect a countries sovereignty. Tariffs are paid by consumers in the form of higher prices. If a Canadian wants to buy a Mercedes Benz they should be willing to pay the higher costs associated with it. same goes if a Canadian wants to buy items made in China or any other country for that matter.

Now if Canada has a bilateral free trade deal with Germany that’s mutually beneficial for both sides well let those cars come over tariff-free, but let’s say Canada, Germany, and China signed a multilateral trade deal and one of the 3 countries decides that certain parts of this free trade deal aren’t in our best interest and starts to put tariffs on only one country in the agreement, how do the other countries who have two different cultures remedy that situation? the answer is they can’t, and that’s why you don’t sign these trade deals, this is why you sign bilateral trade deals because when you do this you can do a tit-for-tat tariff and rip up the trade deal if both sides can’t come to an agreement.

Anyway, I advise my fellow Canadians to abandon this globalist trade deals.

Interesting times ahead.
