Canada’s Corporatist unity and strength showed during trade negotiations – October 7, 2018

To understand corporatism is to understand government contracts. Corporate welfare is the dream for most corporations, once your corporation is able to secure government contracts namely those long-term government contracts, the value of your corporation automatically spikes in value. In the United States as an example, one of the reasons their health care costs are even higher than Canada’s in many respects is because a lot of the big Pharma companies after securing government contracts raise their prices for everything.

A government contract is a monopoly your corporation will have over its competition, a government contract means for a set number of years your corporation is guaranteed to get a certain amount of money. It’s the dream of most media outlets to suppress the influence of their competition, propaganda occurs when there’s no counter-narrative to what the writer is propagating. In the example below, that comes from the Toronto Star, the writer Tiffany Gooch who by the way is a Toronto-based Liberal strategist at public affairs firms Enterprise and Ensight.

Canada’s unity and strength shone during trade negotiations

Tiffany Gooch is a Toronto-based Liberal strategist at public affairs firms Enterprise and Ensight. She is a freelance contributor to the Star. Follow her on Twitter: @goocht

Wrote an article that in many ways got national attention, that is basically nothing but a propaganda piece, it’s an opinion piece of course, but the fact that Liberal strategist is able to write these articles on a major media platform is something to behold. What this should have been was an advertisement because if Tiffany Gooch is a Liberal strategist she’s being paid or compensated for spreading favorable information of the Liberal Party of Canada. If she’s able to publish this article, even if it’s in the opinions section, free of charge well doesn’t that show the Toronto Stars bias towards the Liberal Party? Tiffany Gooch the Liberal strategist is part of a special interest group dedicated to making sure the Liberal Party of Canada is shown in a positive light.

It’s no secret that the Toronto Star is left-leaning, my point here is that in my personal opinion The Rebel Media which is a moderately conservative media outlet that’s always open to debating issues is labeled as far-right by leftists. The Toronto Star in many respects is Far-Left, even the crown corporation known as the CBC is far Left. We know this because any critical analysis of big government is often shut down and or attacked relentlessly.

For the most part, this is allowed to happen in Canada because we have 4 dominant center Left and extreme Left-leaning parties. The Liberals, The NDP, The Greens, The Quebecois all 4 left-leaning parties. The Conservative Party of Canada is in many way Center left and Center Right depending on the issue. In regards to freedom of speech typically the Conservative Party of Canada will stand up for Canadians, but as we’ve seen with supply management the Conservatives have conserved Leftist policies when they want the votes.

This is why I advise my readers to consider The People’s Party of Canada as well as the Libertarian Party of Canada, there aren’t enough voices mainstream that speaks for actual hard-working Canadians. It’s important that my readers understand that hard-working Canadians have lives of their own and in many respects, they don’t give a lot of attention to politics, a lot of Canadians might vote Liberal by default. It takes hearing an argument several times before a person can formulate their own answers to a debate.

If you’ve ever watched a nationally televised Canadian political debate, you’ll notice that the Left Leaning Candidates typically try to talk over the conservative candidates, when the conservative candidates are trying to make a point. The reason for this is simple, Leftist can’t win a moral argument, however, Leftist can change the narrative of an argument. The separation between church and state was to ensure that government policies weren’t dictated by the church, however, the morals of the society we live in come from Christianity. Because a lot of people all over the world have abandoned Christianity, they’ve forgotten that helping the poor or the needy revolves around volunteerism.

Helping poor people is hard work in free society. In a free society, each and every human being has a right to make their own decisions and do things they deem to be beneficial to them. It’s not the government’s job to redistribute income to the people or corporate entities the Government feels is worthy. It’s important to remember that in order for the poor to be taken care of the resources to give to the poor have to come from somewhere. This is of course where Government contracts come into play. The government will take money from the working middle class and small, medium business classes and give that money to the big corporations so those big corporations can as an example build housing for the poor or buy solar panels from China for their global warming causes.

This is how Big Pharma got so big in the United States, if only a handful of companies can make drugs for the sick, those big pharma companies will gladly pay their employers more as an excuse to charge the end consumer more, because a lot of the money these big pharma companies receive come from the government they’re able to raise their prices justifiably. The simplest scenario in Canada that explains the corporatist model is Canada Post. Canada Post is a crown corporation, you can’t set up a courier service in Canada without considering the monopoly Canada Post has.

A lot of people think that UPS, DHL, and FedEx as an example are too expensive, well what a lot of people don’t know is why FedEx and UPS and DHL are so expensive, they’re expensive because they’re not allowed to have any competitive advantage over the Crown Corporation known as Canada Post. One of the reasons why Canada Post employees are always threatening to strike is because their unions know that they have a monopoly on courier services and can simply raise prices on consumers to justify pay increases to their ever-growing inefficient courier service.

Canada post doesn’t have to be efficient with delivering mail, they don’t have to be competitive and the can sign deals with foreign courier companies without asking permission from the taxpayers that keep them there. Make no mistake about it, if Canada Post had to compete in the free market they’d go bankrupt in 1 year. There’s a lot of talk about Diary Supply management, what should be talked about is Canada Posts supply management, it’s the Canadian fascist government decree that gives Canada Post the monopoly that they have. One of the main reasons the Canadian economy is becoming less and less competitive internationally revolves around Canada Post. It’s cheaper for the Chinese to deliver something to Canadians than it is for Canadians to deliver something to Canadians.

In case you haven’t noticed, Amazon Prime or Amazon, in general, is hell-bent on minimizing its reliance on Canada Post. Dealing with Canada Post is like dealing with a spoiled child. I say this because dealing with Leftist in Canada is like dealing with a spoiled child also. The Leftist in Canada has been getting their way ever since Pierre Trudeau, make no mistake that Pierre Trudeau is a mythical figure in Canadian politics, whether knowingly or unknowingly his socialist-inspired has worked in Canada because unlike other countries we have an America as our number 1 trading partner.

Make no mistake about it, the Canadian economy as it stands now doesn’t work if we’re in South America, Africa, Asia or the Oceanic regions, because America’s our trading partner we don’t even have to worry much about protecting our borders. Our social safety net in Canada revolves around the U.S economy, Donald Trump was the first president to call us out on our unfair trading practices. If you listen to most left-leaners in America, they knew we were doing it, but because those U.S farmers and those small U.S businesses only made a small fraction of votes the Left-leaning politicians thought it wasn’t that big a deal.

This is how socialist and globalists view the world, they view the world from a purely democratic standpoint, which is why they’d prefer propaganda over a debate. Understand people that all it takes is for the Leftist to influence one generation into chaos and this society as we know it will disappear. It takes a people with high enough economic IQ to understand that in life you can get something for nothing. In the real world, there are only trade-offs. The problem with the Left is that they assume that because everything is working now if they just tweak or socially engineer the free market just a little bit more poor people will have access to what the rich have. But no, in the real world innovations create wealth, options create wealth, freedom creates wealth and a lot of people quite frankly don’t want to be rich, what most people want is to know that when they work some outside entity won’t take their money and give it to another person or entity them consider worthy.

Leftist politics is all about taking money from one people and giving it to another people. However, on the surface, the Leftist will justify their position by appealing to peoples conscious, give us more money tax dollars so we, your leftist politicians can micro-manage your lives. The Leftist politicians similar to China and Russia want to replace religion with the State. That’s all Leftism is, and because it’s getting so extreme, Canadians are starting to realize it for themselves. The intention of the separation of Church and state wasn’t made to so that the State could replace the Church, the separation of Church and State was to promote Freedom and choice.

If I don’t agree with abortion I shouldn’t be forced to pay for it with my tax dollars. It’s those simple concepts that Leftist are against, they want everybody to pay for the causes they believe in. Leftist want to replace charities with Government subsidies and it’s becoming more and more apparent with every passing day. One way or another Canada is going to undergo change. I would love to say a day where propaganda is the mainstream media is a relic of the past.

Interesting times ahead.
