Canada’s Working Poor
The video below is an example of Canada’s working poor.
To start I’d rather be poor in Canada than middle class in India. In Canada we have food banks that are for the most part pretty well run, there’s no shame in my game I have absolutely no problem purchasing clothes at thrift store, I have no problem purchasing a 15 year old car, to drive on my pot filled fully paved roads. The video above illustrates the problem. The video above is over 2 years old and it’s emblematic of the problem with Canada. Canadians believing politicians can somehow save them, by redistributing income. What redistribution of income really means is that the populace learns absolutely nothing.
Market crashes are wake up calls to humans that something is wrong, however people aren’t supposed to look to government to solve their problems they’re supposed to look to themselves and this is the problem that’s expanding. I keep hearing and reading about conservatives saying, put a conservative in government and the problem will be solved. I’m sorry Canada but based on what I’ve seen Conservatives rarely change anything, Canadians are entitled, Canadians feel entitled, Canadians have been taught that rich people are the problem. This type of thinking in my view this the real problem, because this type of thinking excuses the individual from any responsibility.
The woman in the video has a house, a car and a job. I’m not sure what happened with her husband or boyfriend that gave her those two children, but she looks like she’s doing okay to me. Cut back on spending, maybe ask your sons to find a job I’m not sure. Out of work kids is part of the reason why minimum wages are a disaster. You’ll always hear about this charities saying child labour is wrong. Well that’s the problem of adults, adults are lay, we’re the ones creating the disasters and because we adults refuse to do certain jobs for less than what the government mandates well this causes disasters and then here comes to government to solve the problem with promises. Canada you’re going to have to wake up from this trance.
