What Canadian Politicians Can Learn From US President Donald Trump! – December 11, 2018,
If you watch the video below, it’s easy to see who the trouble makers are. It’s pretty easy to see that the Democrats are the ones causing problems in the U.S economy. That aside, if someone is left-leaning or socialist by nature, obviously they’ll take a bias approach, however, if you’re neutral, have no problem listening to the facts it’s pretty easy to see that Democrats care more about looking good in front of the media rather than getting things accomplished. Whether you’re for America building a Southern Wall or not, clearly you can see that the Democrat representatives would have preferred to have this meeting behind closed doors whereas Donald Trump was comfortable negotiating in front of the media
Why I say this to future Canadian politicians is that if your beliefs are factual what do you have to hide? One of the reasons Pierre Trudeau turned a lot of Canadians socialist was his performances when the lights were on and the media shoved a camera in his face. Of course, when you look back at a lot of Pierre Trudeau’s media interviews you can see the inconsistencies in his arguments, however, it should be noted that he believed in what he believed in and he stated his beliefs with conviction and because large segments of the Canadian populous were uninformed about Socialism, what sounded like fairness resonated with a large segment of the Canadian populace.
In my opinion, what Trump is, from a Canadian perspective he’s a man who’s a lot smarter than he’s given credit for, he’s a positive thinker, he’s not really even that Conservative, what he is is he’s a populous and he’s consistent. Golf is all about consistency and holding firm on your beliefs, if you believe something more than your opponents do, chances are eventually you’ll win. Your chances of winning are often a lot better if you know what you’re talking about, stay on the offensive and make sure your team of followers understand the mission and who you are. Everyone knows who Donald Trump is and because who he is is open to interpretation he causes controversy.
The real problem Leftists have against Trump is that he’s mirroring their tactics, Trumps spent way too much time in the New York Media, so much so that it’s small to him, he sees through the B.S, being that Trump also spent 50+ years in the private sector negotiating with all manners of ruthless people, he’s not afraid to have a face to face disagreement, in fact if you listen to Trump he’s rather comfortable in the chaos and this of course means that if you’re going to argue with Donald Trump you better not be a one trick pony, because if you’re a one trick pony once he exposes you, you’ll do what Nancy Pelosi does which is request a closed-door meeting. Now as a Conservative you should know that Liberals can’t win an argument, the only arguments Liberals ever win is the separation of Church and State, War and environment, take those things away for Liberals and what you’re left with are a bunch of thieves who want to redistribute earned income.
Trump has made his positions clear from the get-go, building a wall, his opponents, on the other hand, haven’t had a clear mission, it’s not easy for a Leftist to have a clear mission, most Leftist appeal to the masses because of all the free stuff they promise to their believers, those on the political right tend to win elections based on what wasteful government programs or regulations they’ll get rid of, the problem with most Conservatives, however, is that they’re not consistent.
In Canada, I often write about Stephen Harper, why Trudeau beat Harper was because Harper started to offer free stuff, not only did Stephen Harper offer free stuff he also didn’t slice government, Stephen Harper even appointed Liberals to the Supreme Court, now if you’re new to politics and the so-called Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper is appointing Liberals to the supreme court wouldn’t you assume that the Liberals had the moral high ground? Might you even say to yourself, why waste time with this Stephen Harper Conservative guy when I can have the full on Liberal experience with Justin Trudeau?
A message to future Conservative Prime Ministers, if you’re running as a Conservative be a Conservative, learn everything you need to learn about being a conservative, be ready and seasoned for debates, don’t be afraid to tell your side of the story and don’t assume that you know what Canadians are thinking. A lot of Canadians to this day hate Pierre Trudeau, but it didn’t stop him from creating universal health care, don’t be afraid to let those how hate you throw rocks at you or bash your name, because in the end people know who is who and if you try your best, the bottom line is the Universe will make everything right.
Donald Trump the populous, take the time to get to know the man, love him or hate him, he’s a historical figure.
Interesting times ahead.
