Capital One Pre Paid Credit Card
As far as i know Capital One does not have a Pre Paid Credit Card but they do have a secured credit card for people with bad credit or for people who have just declared bankruptcy. Personally I don’t see any reason to get a Pre Paid Credit Card unless you do not qualify for any Secure credit cards. If you live in the united States you might qualify for the Public Savings Bank Classic Visa Card
Public Savings Bank Classic Visa Card Features
This this card as been brought to my attention i have found it to be superior in many areas. There simply is no competition to the Public Savings Bank Classic Visa Card some of the features include.
