What I do see is the Condo market selling off, or experiencing bankruptcies, this is the messy process, that I’m waiting to see unfold. in the past Condo’s turn into Apartment buildings, and mortgage holders get stuck paying the mortgage, and this is where BANKRUPTCIES would skyrocket.
