Canada’s recognition of Palestine may make headlines at the UN, but it will do nothing to fix Canada’s broken economy or unite its fractured society. It was unnecessary, divisive, and dangerous for trade relations with the United States. The Bible warns that “evil shall slay the wicked” (Psalm 34:21). If Canada continues to ignore its own domestic sins while boasting on the world stage, the collapse will come not from foreign enemies but from within.
