Most real estate people don’t like to listen to t Dave Ramsey who is against Americans getting into DEBT! real estate people who are nothing more than small business people often get lured into Real Estate, because there’s this concept that differentiates Good Debt from Bad Debt

People in debt tend to be COWARDS, this exists even in the Bible, it’s actually a biblical principle not to get into debt. It’s why I prefer dividend-paying stocks over Real Estate, it’s why I HATE zero or government manipulated percent interest rates.

These interest rates are left at zero because a lot of people are in debt, and most people who are in debt, are cowards, they’re afraid of the consequences of fighting back. If you’re wondering why global governments in the Western World are becoming more OPENLY totalitarian, it coincides with debt levels.

As Dave Ramsey likes to point out, the debtor is a slave to the lender, to you real estate people, trust me I get the whole “debt or interest rate Arbitrage” argument, the U.S dollar is being debased argument. I get it, but if the U.S dollar is being debased, you’re also taking on a risk by indebted yourself in U.S dollars.

If Joe Biden wants to pretend the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) has powers it doesn’t well, Americans are in their right to stage a Tea Party. You don’t even have to be a Right Winger to stage a Tea Party for this.

But you see a lot of you real estate investing people are compromised because tax avoidance is why most people get into real estate in the first place. But the truth is you don’t write the laws, and the government doesn’t want to get into the housing business, so regardless of what powers your Federal, State or Municipal governments think they have, it’s unconstitutional

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can not Nationalize your property and you Americans would be wise to start staging your protest IMMEDIATELY because there are already a lot of unconstitutional laws being enforced today that are being enforced because once implemented, nobody did or said anything!
